Goods NEVER received and it's been over a month since I placed order on Oct/12/2018. I bought 10 personalized Santa Gift Bags via the purchase of a Groupon for $39.99CDN. It outlined shipping not included. That was fine, I expected that shipping would be no more than $25USD given these are empty bags that wouldn't weight that much. Well, I was astonished and annoyed to find Qualtry.com was charging me $84.90USD for shipping from the U.S. to Canada via DHL. They sent me an email with a tracking # for DHL on Oct/22/2018. However, when you click on the tracking number you get a page that is not DHL which outlines "No tracking information is currently available" and "No tracking events could be found yet. Check back soon". This same page, and messages, comes up every time I've check since October 22nd when I'd received the "Your order has been shipped" email from Qualtry. It is now November/22nd and still no delivery or status of where the package might be. I believe this Merchant is a total scam and there is no way shipping for 10 bags from the U.S. to Toronto, Canada should be $84.90USD!
I am reporting this to AMEX to have them charge this back for 'goods not received". I will also be launching a consumer complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

I have sent emails, called many times, and left messages and not a single response. I am so frustrated. At this point I just want my money back.
Ordered 2 products through Groupon for nieces at beginning of April 2020 in Canada. They sent the product and for an unknown reason it was sent back to Qualtry. When we inquired why they said it was the possibly the wrong address. Apparently the only thing that was incorrect was the ste # but the name is on the directory. Instead of calling us to get the correct information it was sent back. They had the phone #. We provided the Qualtry customer agent with the correct address information as well as additional phone numbers. We told them to resend the pkgs immediately since they were already made up and were personalized. Wasn't resent. Called back and customer service had no clue where the product was. Called several times and left msgs to find out status. Never received call backs even though they said they would as per voicemail. Several times there was no voicemail just hung up. Finally sent an email and finally got a reply saying they are now out of stock due to Covid crisis. Wrote several emails back to find put status of original orders. Never received another email back from them. It is now June so now it is 3 months. I am surprised they are still in business with customer service as bad as this. Covid crisis or not their customer service need to be more knowledgeable what happens in production and ready to answer questions. Most likely they are working from home anyways someone should be available.
I am so sorry this has turned into the terrible experience it has. I really wanted it to be better--the business idea holds such promise. Bought Groupons for a multitude of pillow covers as gifts. Used one of the Groupons in early October, because I am not an idiot and anything that looks too good to be true, etc etc... right? Went ahead and purchased the 12.00 "front of the line" option (come on!) to guarantee my items would get to me in a timely fashion, and they arrived within a week or two. They were beautiful. I was happy, impressed.

Waited until around mid-November to use my remaining Groupon vouchers. This time, however, each time I attempted to use them, I kept getting a message that the code I was entering was invalid.
I searched, of course, for a way to contact CS... nothing except an email with the disclaimer that they will "try" to get back to you within 3-5 business days. 3-5 business days? Really? I made a pest of myself. 3 emails in 3 days. Stalked the chat. Tried calling "sales" but only got a voicemail for one individual who never seemed to be at his desk.
I finally contacted Groupon when a week had gone by with no contact. Groupon escalated the matter immediately and has promised some form of resolution within 72 hours (I did not want a refund--I want the product purchased). The CS representative I spoke with at Groupon stated that they are currently dealing with over 2000 complaints regarding this company.
This seems to me like a one-man operation that totally got in over his head... no real 'cs' department, "shipping," or maybe even equipment capable of dealing with the load practically guaranteed by Groupon.

I got a groupon for 3 personalized stockings. Long story short after everything was said and done it costme around $70 CAD. I had accidentally made a mistake in my order as for the colour of the stockings, I spent all day trying to get ahold of someone and couldn't get a reply until the next day in which I was told once an order is placed nothing can be edited. (I get it I thought I would try since I put the order in and it was minutes later when I noticed the mistake.) The order was placed in November. December 7th they were placed in a shipping bin/container with DHL. Not other updates were given since then. Christmas came and went and we didnt get our stockings. As far as we knew they were in a shipping container in Compton, Cali. Today, December 30th is when I received my stockings. When I had purchased them they had the picture advertised in the middle of the stocking when I received them they were at the bottom. Honestly this company isnt worth the money or the time wasted waiting.
Ordered two personalized cutting boards, 2 stands and 2 gift boxes as wedding gifts. Pretty easy order right?!?! Unfortunately not for the staff at Qualtry. Received my order containing one of the six items I should've received. I called customer service to advise I had only received one cutting board and nothing else. The customer service rep told me I needed to call USPS to ask if they had other packages before they could process any other type of "replacement" order. Uhmm... isn't tracking down a package where customer service should come in?!?! Nonetheless... I went ahead and track down my post office driver and he confirmed there were no other packages. Called customer service back they wrote up the situation and advised I should receive an email confirming if a remake would be made. This irritated me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would do the right thing… And I did in fact receive an email advising my missing items were in production again. Several weeks later I finally receive my package… only to find out... once again my order was incomplete! This time I received one cutting board and one stand… Missing another stand and my gift boxes. By this point I've already missed gifting the items I purchased as gifts... So once again I've contacted customer service and advised my order was once again incomplete. I advised I no longer needed the gift boxes so they said they would credit me for those. (time will y'all if they are able to get this right)... I am now waiting for an email to confirm a new order was placed for my missing stand. I asked if my stand could be overnighted given this would be their third attempt to try to get my order right and was told that was not possible. So now I will wait another few weeks and hope that their 3rd attempt to fill an order is the time the get it right! Packing a package is not rocket science people... but for this company it seems to be a very hard concept to grasp...
