I purchased a Groupon for 6 luggage tags but only one was delivered... called customer service and was told the missing 5 would be provided at no cost but a Shipping and Handling charge of $6 PER PIECE would be charged. Their error will cost me $30 to fix, or I can keep the 1 luggage tag I received for the $30. These are luggage tags, this is ridiculous! I will try to get some relief from Groupon, but please STAY AWAY from this company, they are not reputable. When I requested the name of the head of the customer service department they refused to provide... BIG RED FLAG
