Honestly, if I could give no stars I would and I wish I researched the company to see all the negative reviews before I placed an order.
I did check out the lead time on products before placing an order, because this was intended to be a Christmas present. Lead time for the order say 7 - 10 business days, well it's been 19 days and the order has yet to ship. I have attempted to contact customer service twice, through their website, and they haven't even bothered to respond. Will definitely not order from them again and will spread the word to friends, family, and colleagues to steer clear of this company.
For the price that you pay for shipping alone ( came out to almost 40 bucks for a small 8 by 7 item) you think that you would at least get something worth that price. The quality of the cutting board I ordered was good, however, the engraving that was done on it would be nice if you could see it. The pictures show that the lettering stands out on the item which in fact it does not. I would literally have to take a marker to it just to make it stand out not only that but when you call customer service it's always busy and you are instructed to leave a voice message which is NEVER returned and online customer service is neither available or when it is it kicks you off before you can talk with someone. I will never order from this company again and I do not recommend it at all!
I ordered a Jumbo Santa Bag from Groupon in November 2017 and never received the item. I called multiple times to only get a recording and wanted to talk to someone but there was no option to do so. I emailed twice and never heard back as well as I tried to chat online but I would have to wait 320 min at my computer before there was someone to chat with! Horrible customer service and bought a product that I never received! I do not recommend this company!
Ordered 7 items 11/26/2018. Today is 12/17/2018. Same problem as all other reviewers. Received the coasters, but not any of the other items. No response from emails, no response from phone calls! I wish i read the reviews before purchasing. Too bad. I will contact my credit card company imediately! Stay away!
I ordered 3 dog collars from them through a promotion on Groupon. When I put my code in on their website and went to checkout, I paid almost $18.00 in shipping. That's not including what I already paid for the collars on Groupon. It's been almost a week and I still haven't received a tracking number and it's says my order is being processed! $18 in shipping, it should have arrived in a hurry!

Ordered a pair of monogrammed gloves for Christmas, ordered them in plenty of time. It said on their web site they would ship out within 7-10 business days. Well it was almost 2 months and didn't arrive before Christmas. Once I did receive the monogrammed gloves, they were not what I ordered. Black gloves with black embroidery. REALLY. Ok so I sent a email to see about sending back these $14.99 plus $5.00 s&h, they finally send me an address to return the gloves, and once the gloves were received they would credit back to my credit card. Well got an email today stating that they have credited my account for $4.99. REALLY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH them.
Their customer service is SUPERB! No one is perfect so sending me the wrong Lantern color was understandable. Contacted them and they sent me a new lantern with the correct color just before the wedding was excellent. Gino, their customer service agent was very, very helpful and very kind. I highly recommended this company for any personalized gifts.
Ordered a pillow cover on June 30, and it arrived on November 20th. I am aware that things have slowed down due to COVID-19, but an apology with my order would have gone a long way. The shipping date was October 30, so you can't blame the postal service. Not recommended.

This site is horrible. Don't order from them! First of all, I was supposed to get two pairs of monogrammed gloves. Only one came. They told me I did it wrong and gave me a code to order the second. Problem is, they did not send me what I ordered. They actually sent me the second one, so they knew I ordered two. When I went to reorder the second one, they were making me pay the $8.99 in shipping again. Honestly, the quality was not worth another $8.99. In addition to that problem, the gloves were huge and they did not use the correct script on the monogram. You couldn't even read it. So disappointed all around. Finally, they do not ship in the time they say. Mine was over two weeks later than they said it would get here and it didn't make it for Christmas. Don't order! You will be disappointed.
Unbelievable! My Christmas stockings were ordered November 20 and as of December 29th I have not received! I would request a refund, but i that may take 2 months 2 receive. Do not do business with them. Take it somewhere else!

Living Social was offering a special, so I bought it, hook line and sinker. When the time came to order and purchase the items, after the discount for the items and quantities, the shipping fees amounted to $35! Considering all 6 items were shipped in the same envelope, I think that was a huge rip off. If you're not comfortable with your offers, then don't make them, but you shouldn't be making up the difference in the shipping costs. I love personalized items, but I won't shop with them again. I checked the price for the package I received and it should've been $10 maximum. What they charged is thievery.
I purchased a dog collar with my dogs name and my phone number on it and it was crooked. They were willing to give me a refund but I had to pay the return shipping to get my refund. I think that is poor business when it was their poor workmanship. After they received the collar back, she agreed it was crooked although still would not refund my shipping. I would never order from them. They dont stand behind their product.
I ordered personalized collars for my dogs. It says they will ship in 5-7 business days. That was only July 2nd 2018. Today is sept 23rd. I received one of the two collars at the end of August. I have sent numerous emails. At one point I got an email stating it had shipped. Now when I log on to check my order status, it doesn't recognize my email. What I saved on the cost of 2 personalized collars, I more than paid in shipping; $15 for a small and medium collar. When there was an error in the order, they wanted me to pay the shipping again. Kirby told me the $15 was also because the product was "meticulously worked on." If that were true, there wouldn't be an error in the first place.
