He even helped me remove some redundant parts that would have made them a few extra hundred. Had I not had his help. I certainly would have ordered. I purchased the Bain ultra 6 weeks ago and finally received it last night.
First, customer service was great. Akiva has been very helpful and responsive with the purchase.
As for the tub, I think the added ultra velour finish looks good and the integrated overflow is unique. The reason I give this product a 3star rating is because it has some blemishes on the front apron and that maybe from the process of adding the ultra velour finish. But I think this can be re-done by their authorized service dealer. I will reach out to find out.
Secondly, I think wall of the tub is too thin. It would be better if it's a little thick so it doesn't show the line across the front the apron where it has a metal frame to re-enforce the apron to the tub.
Lastly, since the material is so thin, the front apron bulges out a little bit. I just wish it was straight flat.
Since I couldn't find any modern looking cast iron tub so this would be ok.
I will do another review after the installation.

We are doing a complete kitchen remodel. We purchased our Rohl sink and accessories and Brizo kitchen faucet from Quality Bath. Dina was able to answer all of our questions and guide us in the right direction making sure we had what we needed whether by chat or phone. We were not ready for our sink and they held it for us for just about 2 months. Our faucet arrived with no issues and we are now awaiting our sink and accessories.Tziporah checked on us a few times regarding shipping our sink and was so kind each time. Their pricing was better than most when we were looking and they made this process so easy. Our kitchen is not finished so we cannot add any pictures. Would definitely recommend Quality Bath to others!

Jack was very helpful and quick to reply, after the company returned from Passover. The timing of our project was unfortunate, but he was very receptive to our needs.

We purchased a Saniflo SaniCompact 48 One piece Toilet with Macerating built into base with soft-close lid. After we installed it ourselves, the seat lid broke while we were positioning it. I reached out to our Saniflo dealer who put me in touch with Ruthie@ Quality Bath. Within a few days, we received a new seat/lid. Thank you Ruthie!

Needed Rohl sink for my new build and tried Quality. Akiva jumped on line to provide lead time and availability, then finished my order quickly and easily. Happy to report the sink was shipped first business day after ordering so Quality has done their part well.

Quality Bath has very friendly and easy to work with Customer Service reps. They respond quickly and are very helpful. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good company with great products.

Quality bath has been excellent in customer service. Each item I ordered was lower priced than other sites and was sent out quickly. I did, however have a big problem because I changed my mind on an order. The return process turned out to be a complete pain ---partly due to the return process (you pay return shipping, then e-mail tracking info, and then pay restocking fees) and partly due to the vendor, Rohl, then repeatedly mailing me the wrong items on a reorder. In this experience, Tammy, the return specialist at quality bath was very helpful and pleasant. My advise: if you know exactly what you want, order from Quality bath. Otherwise, there are some other sites that have a simpler returns process without restocking fees.

I spoke with the vendor and ordered parts based on his recommendation. My plumber advised that the parts were not what was needed and were, in fact duplicates of what I had. I contacted Ruthie at Quality Bath regarding the return of these items. She contacted the vendor who advised that they wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee for parts. She was so helpful. She explained to the vendor that I had told their rep what my plumber told me what parts were needed. He didn't listen and Ruthie made sure I received my credit with a restocking fee. She is awesome!

Just purchased two shower systems and was really grateful to have Ellie's help. The process can feel overwhelming and having someone knowledgeable help makes it a little less daunting, it can be so intimidating to make a plumbing mistake!
