They had exactly what I needed, and the description / photos helped me feel confident that I was ordering the right part the first time.

I realize this isn't Quadratec's fault but FedEx delivered my package to 2011 instead of 2900 so it took a few days to track it down and pick it up.

The site was easy to navigate, placing my order was quick and simple and delivery was exactly as requested. Item arrived on time and in perfect shape

The package came open and items loose. I inspected it and didn't see damage at this time. Not installing it until the body shop repairs the door

When I ordered the product the site said I would get a $25 gift card. That did not come with the product. Will it be sent separately?
