We received the correct right side mirror but the left is completely wrong. It faces the wrong way. What can we do to resolve this issue? Thank you.

This Jeep cover did not have tie down straps for gallon jugs to anchor the cover down. My last and same cover had them and they worked great.

Quadratec has been fine until now. This is the wrong part for the description. I want to return it but when I called Quadratec I got no response.

The windows we received did not fit even though our top is a factory top. Replacement windows are being sent, hopefully they fit correctly.

I was very excited to receive my new Quadratec Deluxe Heavy Duty Hardtop Storage Cart for 76-06 Jeep CJ-7, Wrangler YJ & TJ to remove my hard top for the summer. When I went to assemble the cart the first thing was that the instruction booklet included was for Quadratec Delrin Door Hinge Pin Bushings... not for the cart. I was able to follow the assembly video from the website which was fine however the holes that were drilled into the "Z Bracket Pad" were too large for the flathead screws provided that were supposed to secure the pad to the bracket. I had to improvise by shifting the pad off-center to secure the pad.

This is my second order with Quadratec. My first time was not pleasant but they came through with these items quickly and delivered quickly.
