I ordered 5 Items from this company total of $915.00 worth of items. They charged my card but I got an email stating my cards didn't go through and that they were gonna cancel my order. Nor did I receive any invoice to my email after placing my order over the phone. I called and some kid answers the phone and I tell him the issue. He says all is good.
The next day I get another warning email they were about to terminate the order. So I call again and talk to a guy who says they don't have my money. After about 5 min he looks at the computer and says it was entered in the computer wrong. How was my cards ran if it was entered wrong is my question? Anyways he says all my items were on their way. I asked him to to tell what items they were gonna send me and he couldn't tell me. After trying to ask him several times he was getting very annoyed.
So today I receive 2 packages and have only received 3 of my item with an email stating my order had been complete.
Immediately I tried calling and their closed! I'm so pissed to say the least! They better make this right!

I ordered a full top from them 10 years ago. They screwed that order up so bad I swore off of quadratic. Recently I made another order, hoping they had changed, not a chance.
They sent the wrong sun visors.
They sent the wrong rail covers for the roll bars.
They sent the wrong seal for the windshield. I ordered the outer seal, they sent the inner seal.
I ordered a full top, this showed up broken. The plastic on the top rail that goes across the windshield was cracked into pieces. This happened when it was packaged, the damage to the box was inside, no outside damage to the box at all.
Personally, hell will freeze over before I buy anything else from quadratic.

I have ordered multiple items from this company and have never had any issues. If i have any questions about a product before i buy it, i have called them and made sure of the product that i am looking at. I have never been happier with them.
I tried to order a hoist to take the top off of my Jeep. The shipping date kept getting moved back so I cancelled and ordered from Amazon. I have looked into ordering 2 other parts from them and they are always out of stock. The only thing they are good for is to find things you may want for your Jeep and then order from someone else.

I purchased a new soft top for my jeep beginning of Dec 2020. I was informed at that time it was on back order till mid January. Unfortunately when the date came and passed I looked it up and found the date had been changed to Feb 3rd.No notification. I wrote to customer service stating those 2 facts. The response back... "your order jas been backordered to Feb 3rd"... issue resolved... Seriously? So I wait... Feb 4th, no notice so I look again... and again my order has been moved back to Feb 12th with no notice again... I sent a similar email stating Id paid for the item so I expect to get what I paid for... the response "well technically the money is only on hold... its on back order again" and now when I go to see the status and now it says payment declined (not true either becuase the money was already on hold or because the money is also in my account) and it stated they contacted me which was also completely untrue. I will never purchase anything from Quadratec again. While I understand that there is a possibility that backorder issues happen it is the utter lack of customer concern or care to actually be up front and honest about the issues your company is having... contact me if there is a problem with the payment so we can discuss and figure it out, don't lie and say you did. Now I have no idea how long it will be before I get the item I purchased almost 3 months ago.

I ordered the wrong part using the online store, called them and they overnighted the correct replacement part without me even having to ask. Super great customer service.
Received a 600.00 Lange top removal jack. Put together. Rolled it across a new cement floor and wheel and wheel plate fell OFF. Call and emailed Lange no response. Called quadratec on hold twice for 45 min each with no response. Cheap welds very poor customer response. Don't waste your money to have a jack with 3 wheel cart. Unreal

I bought the quadratop adventure top sw/e2 fold sunrear for my Jeep I'm 2016. In June of 2020 we had a hail storm here in Colorado. It punched a small hole in rear window. I called quadratec and they told me they would send replacement window. Here we are in December 2020 and the window finally tore the window to shreds from that small hole. I've contacted this company every 3 weeks since June and gotten the same answer. It will be sent in one week. Now I'm in the position where I don't have a back window at all in Colorado during the window. Up until this point quadatrec was my go to for accessories and I always recommended them to other Jeep owners. I will no longer purchase or recommend them to anyone.

Ordered 4 rims that Quadratec listed as in stock, 3 days later I get an email that there " Backordered "... Tried to contact them via their customer service line, failed too get thru to anyone, put on hold the 1st time for 21 min,,, 2nd time also put on hold 19:23 min as I write this review and still holding... I am now waiting to cancel the order and I will never do business with them again... I'm on my 4th jeep build, and I will not put up with this crap. They "tout" best customer service in their on hold recordings, I beg to differ, I've been on hold now for 24mins... I've been a continued customer since 2011 with over $8000 spent at their establishment online... I will never shop here again...

I ordered a cover for my Jeep in the middle of September. I received notice that it was out of stock and to expect it to be shipped on 01 October. It is now November 4th and still NO cover. I can only contact customer service over FB MESSENGER, but now it says they won't get the cover until the END of November. I don't need things the next day, but TWO MONTHS is rediculous. I ended up cancelling my order and starting from square one. Lousy service.

You can check on the status and ETA for the item in your online account when you click on the order. Items that are in stock and ready to ship will say "in stock" in green lettering in the box with the price, if the item is not in stock there will be an Estimated to ship date, unfortunately that is just an estimate and is subject to change depending on the manufacturer however we will update it when we receive updates from the manufacturers. What a waste of time to order parts and find out they are out-of-stock. I've placed many orders for parts with them this year and have had nothing but problems. I will NEVER buy Jeep parts from them again. Don't waste your time buying from their customer service is terrible.

When I originally ordered this product, I expected to pay the advertised price of $77.98 CAN but discovered on my credit card it was in US dollars for $138.14 CAN. Then I had to pay $23 in duty and now that I want to return it, it will cost $25 in shipping. So my $77.98 ended up costing $138.14 CAN plus $23 plus $25 totalling $186. The product is the wrong color of blue and I couldn't get the original part of my car after watching the utube video 4 times. Cheap parts. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have sent messages for the last month and they have been ignored. STAY AWAY
