I purchased a new soft top for my jeep beginning of Dec 2020. I was informed at that time it was on back order till mid January. Unfortunately when the date came and passed I looked it up and found the date had been changed to Feb 3rd.No notification. I wrote to customer service stating those 2 facts. The response back... "your order jas been backordered to Feb 3rd"... issue resolved... Seriously? So I wait... Feb 4th, no notice so I look again... and again my order has been moved back to Feb 12th with no notice again... I sent a similar email stating Id paid for the item so I expect to get what I paid for... the response "well technically the money is only on hold... its on back order again" and now when I go to see the status and now it says payment declined (not true either becuase the money was already on hold or because the money is also in my account) and it stated they contacted me which was also completely untrue. I will never purchase anything from Quadratec again. While I understand that there is a possibility that backorder issues happen it is the utter lack of customer concern or care to actually be up front and honest about the issues your company is having... contact me if there is a problem with the payment so we can discuss and figure it out, don't lie and say you did. Now I have no idea how long it will be before I get the item I purchased almost 3 months ago.
