I ordered the part for that model but it does not fit. There is a piece on either side of my grill that does not allow the part to fit. Is there a trick to getting it to fit?

I ordered the Fab Four front stubby with the grill guard and the one I received looked like someone used it and returned it. Scratches all over it and the box it came in was a mess. I went one and called customer service and explained how it was and they shipped a new one out right away that is in mint condition. The only problem with the new one was fed ex who is the shipper said if it was damaged he was not taking it back and said I could not refuse it. Quadratec should look into another company to deliver there products.
