When I first got phone was ok because I had another one until hard times hit. Hard to find a phone to replaces. The one. They send you. And when you do replace phone they cut service off to you get new phone so you have no phone something is not right they give more mins than most but I would go with safelink or assurance wireless

I ask for Benefits Transfer and i am on my way to a better company... this place is TRASH! You hardly ever get someone live and when you do you can't understand a word they saying... and then they want to keep you in bondage with them... no way im gone!

I ordered a phone from q link back in the ending weeks of May. Its the middle of July now and they don't seem to care. I paid for a top tier phone too because the free phone they offer is useless so now I'm out of pocket 300 dollars. Been calling them everyday and I will continue to call them till I get my refund. Frustrating I don't see how the government gives these morons the contracts for these phones i wouldn't trust these people with a mop job

I been trying to get hold of Qlink for over a week now today i been on hold for 6 hours waiting to talk to them about a sim card that don't work in my phone? Just an update i got a phone from my local Dollar general paid $30 for 6 months to get it unlocked switched it to quick link service and now I cannot send pictures through texting.

My phone died. Called them on landline. After 5 months still no phone. So I switched to another provider. Q-link was lying about my usage the whole time. So they got money from the government for a phone that didn't work.

I asked the sales agent 5 times before ordering a phone from them what network qlink uses as I know from experience that T-Mobile towers do not reach into my specific geographical area. I was assured 5 times that I would have excellent phone coverage/service. So I ordered it. I have to drive twenty miles to where I can get any signal strength to make a call or use 4g/lte data.
I called them to resolve the issue or return the phone. They cannot fix the service problem which I can fully understand. They flat out lied about their coverage.
They kicker is. They refuse to take back the phone and issue a refund as it's 2 days past the return policy. They are a horrible company taking advantage of lifeline customers. The government who pays for the service should investigate this company and cut any ties with them. And Amazon, who the phone got shipped thru should do the same. I have never dealt with such a dishonest company.

I have been fighting them for weeks about the phone. All I get is excuse after excuse. They were no help. When I said that why is it other companies were able to get it sent out with in a timely manner. I get just need to be patient. I've been patient for months yet still no phone. This company is shady at best.

Disappointed

I have had the worst time with Q-Link I can't make a call or receive calls I don't understand. I have had two cards and neither worked. I waited 72 hr as the tech said it didn't work. So I put it in another phone same thing nothing.

QLink has been a great company. I've had issues with another phone and its quality was below average. I had trouble calling and receiving calls. I was sure that I would be discontinued from this great program. However, after some middling, I'm still with the program. The reception was not great but Q-Link sensed my problem and I am in the process of purchasing another phone. Thanks, Q-Link for hanging with me. You're what great companies are all about!

It sucks

Not unlimited... it's not unlimited at all...
And the phone or text doesn't work 90% of the time.
And they out sourced it... so good luck with that.
Also if you call them they will only say the tower is down... and it's not. It's been 45 days since our phone has worked...

Horrible service

Qlink is constantly asking me to verify my documents. I sent my documents in at least over 10 times. I'm so frustrated and angry because I don't believe they've truly want to help. I qualify for the free tablet but they are prolonging my qualifications so much and it's very frustrating.

You're better off paying for a phone service then using this hot pile of crap qlinks you're going to pay with your mental health stress drop calls drop internet not being able to make calls not to mention that they are blatant false advertisement and I asked them to discontinue my services with them they said they would and never did. So I can't even go to a better lifeline carrier.

I had a tmobile phone a friend gave me. I put the SIM chip in. Seconds after my phone was activated. Never had a dropped call. Unlimited talk text and data.My state insurance pays for it.If for some reason that ends I still plan on being a qlink customer.No complaints.

It don't make since

I applied for qlink service had it for 3 months then it stopped working all together so I contacted customer service to understand what happened and how it can be fixed. First I was told my account was red flagged for fraud. Then gonna say it was permanently canceled for suspicious activity. And I can no longer use or apply for the phone service. They could not tell me any other information about the supposedly fraud/suspicious activity.

Customer Service?

I've had my Q-Link wireless phone service for approximately 5 years, since I became disabled.
Their customer service is atrocious most times and on its best day, just OK. The reps are generally unknowledgeable and put me on lengthy holds while they probably have a supervisor walk them through the fix.
I checked THEIR website for a phone that would be compatible with their service and chose one, (235$) only to have them tell me it's not a compatible device! Their solution? Buy a new phone.
I've had customer service representatives argue with me, tell me I was wrong, and tell me I didn't know what I was talking about.
The good things about their service are; wide service areas and moderately strong signal, that's all.

I purchased a phone and the tablet. I receive my phone and tablet on a Thursday the phone real hot after I charged it and it continue to stay hot. On Friday I called them and told them what was going on. They was more than happy to receive it The phone back when I call back the next week when I had gotten a email telling me that they were returning my money back to me. I told them that I did not want my money. I want another phone they told me that I would have to pay for it they were sending my money back to me, I said thank you but when it came to buy another phone from them, they did not want to give me the $50 off. I never had a chance to use the first phone and I think that is wrong. Now I have is just a tablet.

Hepatic touch erratic; battery life awful (4 hours at best), tech support that knowingly keeps offering solutions that take you past their 2 week return window. Had to pay $100 for a ZTE which works perfectly but this company is just abysmal in it's quality of service! If you buy 1 and it goes wrong inside a week, INSIST on a return and don't take no for an answer!
