I've had my Q-Link wireless phone service for approximately 5 years, since I became disabled.
Their customer service is atrocious most times and on its best day, just OK. The reps are generally unknowledgeable and put me on lengthy holds while they probably have a supervisor walk them through the fix.
I checked THEIR website for a phone that would be compatible with their service and chose one, (235$) only to have them tell me it's not a compatible device! Their solution? Buy a new phone.
I've had customer service representatives argue with me, tell me I was wrong, and tell me I didn't know what I was talking about.
The good things about their service are; wide service areas and moderately strong signal, that's all.
