Your Phones are poor

I have had nothing but problems with the phones I have purchased. They start out working great. You get by the 90 day period the foul up and stop working.
The second phone I purchased, I was told was a 5G phone and I would receive a 5G sim card. I have a 4G phone and I received a 4G sim card. I called to explain the situation. I was told there isl nothing they can do. They can't just send me a new 5G sim card. I have to do with what I have.

It don't make since

I applied for qlink service had it for 3 months then it stopped working all together so I contacted customer service to understand what happened and how it can be fixed. First I was told my account was red flagged for fraud. Then gonna say it was permanently canceled for suspicious activity. And I can no longer use or apply for the phone service. They could not tell me any other information about the supposedly fraud/suspicious activity.

QLink Don't try it

Omg. Their phone is garbage, can't see the screen, the phone does not ring when a call comes in. It does not give notice on incoming text messages. I missed my dentist appointment and will never get a job with this phone. I reported them as fraud.

The service has been reliable since day ONE.
-Why does Qlink offer me Amazon Prime and then says it can't?
- Why does Qlink send me emails that say "Upgrade to UNLIMITED for FREE" when I have been bundled with ACP? What the h*ll are you offering?

When I transferred my phone and number over to qlink wireless from my previous service provider I had some difficulty at first but eventually I was able to succeed. I now enjoy my new service with qlink wireless and I would highly recommend Q Link wireless to all my family and friends who are looking for a dependable and reliable phone service provider!

I'm giving a 3 star only because I have not received all the incentives I was supposed to get. I signed up for the Lifeline service and the deal I signed up under was if I transferred my phone number and brought my own device I would receive an Amazon giftcard $20 or $25, free Amazon prime for 2 months and a tablet for $10. I did not pay for the tablet yet because I'm broke. I did receive the email about getting prime free but never got the giftcard. However...I was thrilled to be able to keep my phone number when I switched from boost mobile to qlink. I was also thrlled that I could use my own phone. The 5g service that I get is great and I get better signal than I did on boost mobile.ibwas with boost for many years but I had to change service because I am homeless and could not pay the service anymore.so this was a blessing for me to be able to have free phone service. I use it everyday to look for jobs and get help with my disabilities. I am grateful for that because atleast I can keep up with my job se as rich and keep in touch with my family and let them know I'm alive still. I can't always get to my dr apptsbut I can use my phone to cancel or reschedule. I wish they had service to help me get a peaceful private shower and a hot meal from time to time. I can only buy cold food and quick snacks on my EBT card because I have no way to cook. If each person who reads my review would send me $1 it could really help me get back on my feet. *******@TacosTacos

Poor quality products

I am on the ACP plan with Q Link Wireless my phone was giving me a lot of problems but I did not have a lot of money to spend on a new phone so I went on Q Link and they had a phone that was regular $80. I got it with a tablet because of the Acp program for $30 off so I ended up paying $50. When I got both the tablet and the phone I was so disappointed because I cannot even answer my phone most of the time the phone runs so slow you cannot hit the green button to answer the phone because it won't answer it before the call ends runs out of rings cuz it just runs that slow you can't run any apps on it nor the tablet for it's the same These tablets are giving because the government is paying $100.00 toward a device that will go online and they're trying to make sure everybody has a way of getting on the Internet. I think it is terrible for a company to take advantage of people they already know can't afford these products and give them a product that they cannot even use.I have a phone and tablet that is useless to me because it won't stay charged or it runs too slow to complete any. I don't have the money to buy another one because I've dspent my money with a company I thought I could trust apparently I was wrong.The one star is because I had no choice but to rate it with a star just to leave the review

Refuse to refund

Ordered a replacement phone from them for $99.95 2 weeks ago have been trying ever since to contact someone there by email six times and by phone on hold numerous times and being told finally today that they will not be able to refund the money and we just have to keep the phone... not acceptable this is supposed to be a company that helps people who are in need and instead they are stealing money from someone on disability

Do not trust these people

They not only stole from me.But they lie every month saying I ran out of unlimited minutes and that I have to wait for two weeks just to be able to use my phone again...these people have made me miss Christmas because I was in the hospital and was not able to contact with my family...I have had a death in my family and didn't know...I have missed my doctor's appointment all because of this horrible service and more so horrible staff

I signed up for Q-link over a year ago and it's been a nightmare. It took almost 3 weeks to get a SIM. It took 2 days to get someone on the phone to activate the service and bring my old number to qlink. They have a list of 5 standard responses to everything. And they just keep repeating them over and over and over and over ad nauseam. I think T-Mobile should be ashamed that they actually use q Link as their ACP provider. It's abusive really and nobody can give you and solve the answer to any question. The answer to where's my sim is we can't give you a delivery date. If you ask is it a week, or a month, they can't tell you. I try to blame it on the post office but the post office tells me that qlink to to assign a delivery date and they have to wait until delivery date is assigned. That could be anything from days to weeks to months. I know one person who waited 2 months for a SIM card from qlink which makes the service worthless. So now I'm without service until Q-link decides that they are going to deliver my SIM card which could be 2023 or could be 2024 who knows. In the meantime I will be forced to choose another service.

This service has been surprisingly simple to partake in and manage, everything has been incredibly smooth and easy on my part, the only "negative" so far was waiting on the SIM card in the mail and reassuring myself on legitimacy due to the easy sign up and fast transfer with my own phone. Absolutely recommend for anyone eligible and needing a little help.

Never get those srrvice. Thrte customer service is out of India and you cannot understand them. I have had the phone over 20 days and still no indication of when I will get the Sim card just that I will get a e-mail when it will be shipped and then it will possibly let me know when to expect it..
