After I tried to make a purchase using the money gram option and was told there would be an additional fee, I switched to the credit card option and later received an email saying they couldn't process credit card payments at that time. I got suspicious and sent a reply canceling my order altogether. I received a response saying they wanted to offer me a coupon code or the option to negotiate a price. I still said please cancel, and several days later I received an email saying my order shipped and my credit card was charged for an amount that I did not authorize. THEN the bag was shipped and it wasn't even the right bag. I also received a bracelet that I ordered which was too small to fit on my wrist. Literally a child sized bracelet. I can't even deal.

I bought 3 bags online and never received them. The email and phone # provided to me don't exist. Now the website isn't even up anymore. Someone was responding to my emails for a while and then one day every communication ceased to exist.
When I wrote them, the email bounced back and said email didn't exist. The phone just rings and then hangs up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE CHINESE WEBSITES. Sneaky crooks who act like they care about your order but go and make another website to catch other victims.

SHAME TOO BECAUSE THE PRODUCTS THAT DID COME WERE EXCELLENT QUALITY the purses BUT they made a mistake on THEIR end and shipped the wrong watch. So I returned it which had to go through customs ETC because they are in China so now they have my $200.00 paid for the watch originally and the watch itself returned and refuse to communicate any further and ready told me to dispute the charge with the bank to get my money back. THATS FRAUD and something I will NOT do. I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I ever ordered from them. $200.00 isn't a lot of money but its enough and their customer treatment was horrendous but scam sites are just that. SCAMS so just beware you order from them with caution of loosing your money

I was very dubious about ordering from this site - and I had not seen these reviews until I had already ordered so waited in terror to see if a) My bag would show up b) It would be half decent.

They did ask for confirmation of the credit card being used which I think is a ploy to make you reconsider and pay via western union - but knowing that will screw me out of any proof of purchase I still paid by card - they then called me and asked if I still wanted to pay by credit card and told me about the discount. The call came from a friendly American so I ploughed on and placed my order still (despite the alarm bells)

They called a total of three times - to tell me my order was despatched etc so communication was definitely good!

Then 2 weeks later, my order arrived via a reputable courier and I could not be more pleased with my product. It is totally perfect and next to one I own which is real - almost flawless. I'm so thrilled that I am rushing back to the site to order two more! I felt compelled to share this as this is the kind of feedback I needed before I went ahead and ordered.

I bought an LV Neverfull in Damier Ebene. The lining is one shade of the color red, and the attached zippered pocket is another shade of the color red. So, anybody who sees the inside of it, which you easily do with a Neverfull, will clearly know that it is a fake. It is way too embarrassing for me to ever use, so it was a complete waste of $200. Also, the smell of the plastic is overwhelming. Don't get duped like I was. Don't buy from this company. Their product is inferior.
