I had to rewrite the spec
Still simple spelling mistakes and wrong number of bathrooms advertised
Rubbish pictures taken on a phone camera
Energy certificate x3 the price I found online
2 viewings then nothing for months
Hounded by telephone immediately I signed up asking personal info
Hounded by their solicitors
I had to chase the agent
Simply rubbish!

We sold our property through purple bricks.
The PB's agent was Nicola Kirk who was very professional throughout the whole process.
We had several viewings and a confirmed buyer within 2 weeks at the full asking price!
The follow up has been excellent.

Sounds great on paper, but in reality all they do is take photographs and stick them on Rightmove and Zoopla. Their valuations are based on others in the area (you can check that yourself using Rightmove to see what has sold), and usually they let you decide (they gave me a range of between £120 and £130K). But the killer is, when you feel they're doing nothing for you, and want to sack them after 3 months without a viewing, you can't, well not without paying them in FULL. May sound cheap, but there's a reason for that.
