I compare and shop for quality and price with other online bulk companies. I might get occasional deals on other sites, but I buy everything else here.

I could see that a few prices went up with the starting up of the new Pure Bulk site.

I also, check the web for any coupons to use with my PB order. I am so grateful they are out there!

I rated the overall experience at 4 stars only because of a problem with my previous order. It was satisfactorily resolved though. The current order had no issues. In general I find your customer service to be excellent! I have no problem recommending you to friends and family.

So far very good! Slightly annoyed by continuous popup about invalid discount. Received the products much quicker than I anticipated. All of the products (7 items) were securely packed. Just started using them, and the quality seems very good! A very positive experience for me thus far. Thankyou!

Thank you for such great pricing & quick delivery. I have been tied up with some outside personal business & have not actually had the chance to try these products yet. Some are part of a formulary I am working on. I am in the preliminary stages at the present time.

Everything is very organized & easy to find. The product lines are excellent & have a really good description on each item so you can read about them for more information. It is very easy to check out as well.

Ordering shipment delivery, choosing which delivery method was painful. Ticked it all, go to next screen it disappeared. Took about 10 attempts, very frustrating, otherwise all good will use you again.

Pure Bulk is the best bulk supplement supplier I've found to date. I require a special renal diet and have found all my supplemental needs at PB. Will continue to return to purchase many times again and again. Easy ordering process through their website and speedy deliveries!

I had an overall good experience and feel the products are of good quality. A little disappointed in the price for iodine and all the survey questions, but other than that, it was very nice! I will return to shop here again and also recommend to others.

The products arrived before their original delivery date. I received everything I ordered and they are working very well. One package, more specifically the seal, is misaligned and will not close properly but that is literally the only thing wrong. I will gladly order from PB again.

All went well, however I've noticed the seals on several bags have been coming apart at the top, exposing the products to open air which is cause for concern for obvious reasons. If this is a recurring problem for your customers, perhaps y'all ought to find a better adhesive or a better company to buy your bags from? That's all I got, thanks, folks!

It would be good if we could add items from past orders to the cart.

What happens on some other sites is that you can select previous items and click on something like "Add to Cart" and it will put them in the cart.

I would use this constantly as I reorder the same things.

First time order took a lot of time because of the after sales questions by e-mail. Otherwise everything went fine.
Hopefully future orders are faster when we have already answered the questions.

Delivery time is very long - we would prefer using DHL instead of the standard post.

Customer service is very kind. Special thanks for that.

The delivery of my item using the USPS and Canada Post took unnecessarily long. It took more than three weeks to get it delivered to my address. It was not delivered until 23 Dec 2015. You can check your despatch time but I believe it was around 28 Nov 2015.
I would recommend that you do not use these transportation services again.

So far, for my first order, I am amazed at how great this site is...and especially your prices. I look forward to receiving my order, and comparing quality to my previous purchases, from other companies. Fingers crossed:-)

The last question about the satisfaction of the products is too premature. We just received the order and it will take several weeks or months, depending on the particular product, before we'll even know if it actually works or not/ to see any possible results. So I gave it a low rating because I simply don't know yet. It should be several months before this question is asked.
