Very easy to use website. Just wish free shipping was faster takes around seven days to get to my home in Arkansas! Also last couple times I have ordered didn't have product in 1 kilo so had to send it to me in smaller bags or tubs. Kinda inconvenient!

Great prices and excellent service.
For future orders, I wish to recommend allowance for more space between sides of shipping container and the product. This is to help prevent tearing when using sharp instrument to open box.

Payment for international customers needs to be better and when teh shipping charges are more than the original product worth it is painful do something about it fr International customers so that we can be frequent too.

Have sent a feedback message on your website on 28 Mar and received an email informing that you can call me to complete my order based on Easter site-wide sale prices. I had provided my mobile on 29 Mar but waited 24 hrs and there was no call. I can't wait any more and decided to check out using the 5% discount code, which was sent via separate email to me.

The whole process went really smoothly although once the items hit Australia delivery slowed down remarkably. It took 4 days to get to me after arriving at the airport in Brisbane, I live 45 mins from the airport. I understand that it has to go through procedures here but that seems excessive. Otherwise all good.

He was very courteous and helpful about a previous order that seems to have gotten lost after it left your warehouse and did not arrive at my post office. He assured me that credit would be given after a certain amount of days of searching for the lost package. I have always been satisfied with the service and quality of your products. Thank you.

Prompt delivery, good quality, fair price. Only thing is I didn't like the energy pills that were included as a bonus. I had to cross the border as I picked up at mu U.S mailbox and I'm not sure they are legal in Canada. They seemed like an odd promotion when I am buying health products and I don't like surprises like that.
