I was amazed at the fast delivery time. I received delivery from USPS in metro Phoenix less than 48 hours after I placed the order.
I use a bulky and complex stack comprised of 4 TBS per day. If you haven't done it already, some tips on drink ingredients that will hide the taste would be appreciated.
I mix up about two weeks worth of the dry ingredients at a time. I haven't heard that mixing them all up and letting them sit for a couple of weeks does any harm. Have you?
Shopping on the Purebulk website was easy and fast. Although they sell in bulk, they have broken down the product into quantities that should satisfy all consumers. The product was exactly what I needed and was delivered on time and in good condition. Don't know how good their customer service is since I've never had any problems with my orders. Would definitely recommend purchasing products from Purebulk.

I found the product to be as advertised and was delivered in short order and well packaged. Great company to have done business with. I would very much placing more orders with them if the need arises.
Checkout page is a little goofy. It tends to refresh itself quite often, without prompting... no idea why. Also, in the address form - it duplicates your street address for some reason. If not paying attention, it would lead to a confusing shipping label.
Competitive, seemed too good to be true because of the discount that happened to be on the product I was looking for. However competitors did have lower shipping rates.
In conclusion I am still very satisfied overall. No other points of criticism whatsoever.
This was the only company that had all the products I was looking for. Unfortunately it gets a little expensive if you live outside of the USA. With the US dollar exchange, shipping costs and duty I overpaid on the product when I could have purchased it already made here in Canada. The company did refund my credit card around $20 but that did not even cover the shipping or duty. It was a learning experience to say the least. So disappointing to have so many costs to get product over the border. I'll keep my dollars in Canada from now on :(( (

I have chronic pancreatitis (CP), which causes a lot of pain. I've been reading research papers on antioxidant therapy for CP which seem promising. On your site I could buy everything I need to try a 6 month trial (as recommended in the research). All done, one stop shop, no hassle. Being able to get it all in one place was a real delight. The only thing missing was selenium, but I can get that locally.

I think you have a large variety but wish you carried more types of supplements.
I also wish you sold smaller portions of the B12 and Biotin. I can't imagine anyone using those quantities within a year who is compounding for their own personal health.

I am a returning client & have been purchasing from this site for sometime. All orders are shipped fast, packed well & is high quality material. This time around though the 15% off coupon I was given in a previous order did not work for some reason. I would have not reduced the quantities of my order had it worked.
I've ordered from you for quite some time and plan on continuing to do so. You provide a fairly unique service (bulk products). One thing you could do that would be beneficial to your image and reputation and beneficial to your customers also would be to have an independent analysis done (stateside) on your products - testing especially for heavy metal and other contaminates. I assume you are buying in large lots - doesn't seem that these tests would add a lot to the product cost. A lot of the better quality companies are doing this. I feel it is important especially in the case of Chinese produced products.

The product was delivered in a resealable bag which unfortunately had a defective seal. After opening it could not be resealed. I contacted customer support and was promptly sent a replacement bag to store my purchase in.
