It took over a month to receive this item - it was stuck in Customs for several weeks (and they opened the package!)

International shipping option DDU makes it very difficult to track packages to Canada. The main pages were never properly updated with sub-shipper information (e.g. USPS) nor did it include all information from the Canadian shipper.
The product was fine but paying nearly $20 for shipping was ridiculous. I got a similar size package shipped on the same day from (from Oregon) shipped directly to me in 1 week (this Pure Bulk shipment took more than 2 weeks) for free (!) plus I always knew where the package was.
I won't be ordering from Pure Bulk again due to this shipper.
I like your product and service. Things that I look for occasionally run out of stock and a wider selection would be good for you. You're growing and I will continue to purchase as your prices are very competitive. Tip - Lower the cost on the Tryptophan and your orders should offset the margin plus more client base gain. Perfect. Price was amazing, delivery instantaneous, quality excellent... The label had an unexpected warning, but the FAQ on the site answered my question about it. Altogether pleased with the whole experience. Will definitely be back.
The price of the order was excellent, especially at the sale price, however what makes the purchase not so attractive is the shipping costs. Shipments to Canada also get charged 13% for Provincial and Federal sales tax for items over $ 100.00
The post office also charges $ 10.00 to collect the taxes. With the Canadian dollar now at below 0.75 US our purchase can only $ 75.00 total including the shipping costs before we are hit with the taxes. I realize that there is nothing you can do about this problem. If anyone else in Canada has a solution to this problem, I would like to hear about it. Thank you.
Arrival from order took 15 days. A bit long for a small letter-size package even by normal post.
Before this, the time has been 8-10 days from USA to here Finland.

I'm happy with everything: delivery time, price, products but I find that your international postage rates are pricey. I have had other packages from other companies with similar weights sent for far less. I continue to buy from Pure Bulk because of the quality but maybe you could revise your international postage rates. It does add a hefty sum on to an order making it not much cheaper than your competitors.

Product arrived as promised within the time frame which is standard for most companies to keep customers ;). Product box was a little beat up but you get that with the USPS playing football with packages at times. As for the product itself, it works wonderfully and they do give great instructions that are easy to follow! I no longer have to take my supplement powders in a beverage! That tasted SO bad! Great product!
I called ahead for some help with my order. The gent that I spoke with was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and effectively. Thanks much.
Follow up review. I received my order way faster than I anticipated. They must've sent it out the door as soon as I placed the order. Everything arrived in good shape and I'm up and running making my own capsules for my dog's medicine. Saved a ton of money over buying his meds in capsule form.

Pure caffeine only one capsule creates a heightened level of alertness that is mild over a long period of time which is perfect for me. There's definitely no jitters or headaches as it works well. I use it once in a while and would recommend not taking more than one capsule per day. You definitely can tell it's pure with no additives.
Purebulk is the only place I know that carries food grade Humic acid in bulk. This supplement gives all the essential minerals and amino acids we need. Since my family is having it on a daily basis everyone of us is in good health, and we all went through winter without being sick. Thanks Purebulk.
