Price is always tricky question and is relative to what You know. I live currently in Germany so shipping costs quite a lot in comparison to the product but... this is not Your problem so just my personal subjective feeling about price :)

Pure bulk was highly recommended on Reddit, so I decided to try. Great selection. Only disappointment was a few more items I would've sourced through you but were out of stock. It was shipped promptly and arrived on time. It was carefully packaged.
Simple and minimal UI with most important product info displayed readily. Coupon did not work, after a couple tries a message came up that it was not redeemable because there was already a sale, a first from my experience.
2 minor web site frustrations:
1. I clicked on a picture of a product and was show the same screen as when I clicked on the details button but could not order it from the page that displayed from the picture click.
2. Coral calcium was unavailable in the 1 and 1.5 kilo sizes which was only discernible by the almost imperceptibly slight change in the grey button, no message displayed when I tried to select the out of stock size.
The up side: The products were received as ordered and in a timely fashion.

Quick easy ordering, excellent service, damage free delivery. One product was missing from delivery, however, one call to James and it was promptly shipped and received. Excellent products and no doubts that they are as represented. I prefer the powders so I don't ingest the fillers, flow agents, etc.

As you know, I am a multiple repeat customer; your delivery time is exceptional and your prices are competitive. I have no way to judge quality. I must judge quality by inference based on what I can see that you do right.
I think that your inclusion of sample packets of supplements is good PR. Perhaps you'd get the same effect at lower cost with fewer packets. As to improving sales, perhaps you could include references to the literature. I would think that the government would allow you to include references to prestigious medical journals and the like. Others do it. In many cases, the recipient of the samples would have no idea why they might benefit by taking the sampled products or may be of the opinion that they are not cost effective. Prestigious links might help.
I've ordered several times in the last few months and each order was received in a very timely manner (faster than expected, actually). I've had great results with the products and the quality has been excellent. I do compare to other sites for prices and PureBulk is almost always priced lower. Their representatives have also been great with any questions I've had. The only suggestion for improvement I would have for PureBulk is to offer samples. It would also be great if they sold large scoops for use with the mixed product.

I was shipping to Canada. I've made at least 7 previous purchases from PB since 2008. Always great products and prices. This time, at the checkout for my purchase, I was given a few shipping choices. I elected for the cheapest option, but when my order arrived, there was a charge by the Canadian postal service for $10 (handling fee unrelated to the excise tax levied), that I do not think I would not have had to pay if I chose one of the USPS options. Despite the initial savings, the end result was a $5 higher shipping charge than the USPS option. I wish there was more information provided for this "cheaper" option, as it ended up costing more overall.
Thanks to the internet, I am able to shop for supplements/health products; where I normally do not have access to such products in my isolated little town. Thank you so much, as it was such an ease to browse through your items.

Hard to find the product online, but once I found it on your site, the information was clear and product was easy to order. It would have been nice if smaller amounts were not all out of stock, but this will do.

Also this time I bought green tea caffeine. It's insanely awesome. I 100% recommend this product. Especially for the price and amount of servings you get our of it. You only need to take the smallest spoon which they send you, and it amps you up especially if your into health and fitness. Anyways this company is my main go to for bulk products including empty caps.
