Liked the look & feel of the old website better, but I'll adapt.
Wish they would give an ETA of when out of stock items will be available next. Also an email alert when they are back in stock would be great. Perhaps the new website's "wish list" will trigger alerts now. Don't know yet.

This is my second order from this site. I was very pleased with my first experience shopping with you. I am concerned that you don't have the same Shipping options as before when I selected DHL Parcel Priority. They were excellent. I hope USPS can do as well. Hope (fingers crossed) Hope. I had difficulty logging in. Your website seemed to put me in a loop. The first time I clicked on the link you sent me, my temporary password flashed for about a third of a second -- that's it! I have really enjoyed shopping with PureBulk. Most of my supplements can be found here for better price and value. Sometimes the shipping can be a little slow to leave PureBulk but overall I am a happy customer.

We still continue to love what PureBulk offers and the quality of the powders they provide. That is why we keep coming back time and time again when we run out of our powder. However, it does take us quite a while to go through as much powder as we order; we just cannot resist because the price is just so good on buying the powder in bulk.

It seems like quality is good, and price beats competitors. Third party testing is important in today's world, to make sure the source material is not impure. As long as that is being done, and prices are kept competitive, and the service stays as good as it is regarding shipping, etc., I will continue to be a customer, and look forward to seeing more powders being made available.

Pretty easy to find things. Small glitch when setting up PW but no big deal. Package arrived in good time. Note: it may be a good idea to tell people not to take supplements in a powder form but instead put it into capsules to avoid stomach irritation.

I got my caffeine powder in 2 days, which was great, however the tub was smashed on one side and power was coming out of the top. I did not make a fuse because this is more Caffeine than I may use in a lifetime, so no biggie.

Good products and I'm reassured by the standards you have for ensuring product quality and purity are as high as possible - this was of concern to me so I did quite a bit of checking as to what your processes are.

The price of your Biotin has increased to the point I am having a hard time affording it. My first order was reasonably priced for the quantity I received. After biotin became recommend to people with MS, you price has more than doubled. I'm shopping for other sources.

There was a mismatch between my shipping address selected in paypal and then shipping address showed at your webpage, so I had to pay by credit card eventually. The ordering process should be made simpler/flawless
