Supplements for mostly being synthetically created (i.e petrol derived in lab) for pennies per normal dose, sold at a ridicules mark up. I'm glad I found this website to make supplementation affordable! Thank you!

The customer service is above standard. They answered all my questions and seemed genuinely interested in providing the best answer possible. Site is easy to use, etc. Good range of products that aren't available elsewhere. However, shipping fees to the EU are steep, especially for one item; other companies offer shipping rates at actual cost.
Awesome site. My only quibble - it would be great if you offered adulterated Melatonin, instead of just the pure stuff, similar to what you do with your 1% B12.
Purebulk shipped quickly, Fedex took forever getting from Oregon to Boston though.

Checkout process was a little blind sighted. Couldn't see if my coupon cod worked or the discount amount until the final step. Not sure if I would have been able to go back and change it if needed without starting over. Couldn't see payment details on PayPal page. Good product selection.
Purebulk provides kilo sized packages of supplements. This enables my friends and I to take sufficient niacin to remedy schizophrenia and other mental health issues. Of course, diet also plays an important part, GAPS being the most effective. However, niacin comes first because with niacin our brain functions better and we can then go on to make sensible decisions.

I ordered multiple items and they were shipped in a single box which is perfect, but the larger bags were place on top of smaller items with no packaging material in between to isolate or secure them, and the friction between bags punctured several of the larger pouches multiple times, causing contents to spill out. A real pity, as I waited five weeks for these items to arrive! Adding some paper or other packaging material Between items to absorb the friction and secure the shipment, would be very much appreciated.
On my last few purchases I have entered a "coupon code" which was accepted, but, each time NO credit is given to me. Please reply to this repeated issue. Thank you, gary

For out of stock items, you should have a date it may be available or add an email to be notified when it is back in stock...I don't know if i should wait or continue my purchase. Also, perhaps a zoom in for the bag/picture so I could read the label since the label posted is actually not for the item being purchased.
I like PureBulk.com. For the health enthusiast who is trying to put together his own supplement regime PureBulk.com is a valuable resource. The web site works well. I've never had trouble with payment or delivery.
However I wish the selection was larger. I'm disappointed when I have to go to Amazon.com to get something you don't carry (for example Astaxanthin powder). Price discounts for frequent customers would also be appreciated.

Purebulk.com offers a great range of products with no fillers, which is a much more healthy way to take supplements. I am impressed with the quick shipping time. It is usually within 24 hours. Every order I have placed has arrived perfectly in order with no mistakes. The only suggestion would be to do as another competitor does and ship in bulk to Australia using a quick shipping method and then repackage separating each customer's order and putting each into Australia Post. Then we could get our orders quicker with cheaper postage. That would work if you have enough business in Australia. Overall, though I am very satisfied with purebulk's service. Thank you.
