Purebulk

My only issue concerning my recent order is that the product had changed to a "blend" and not what
I ordered in the past. Unfortunately that is my fault for not reading closely enough and assuming the
Product was the same as previously ordered and not a pure substance, and as such isn't usable to me.

It would be nice to have more info on what the shipping options actually mean for international orders (what does the $* difference mean for the non-express option). Also it said somewhere that international orders over $** would receive a shipping discount but it wasn`t showing or broken down in a way that was easy to see at checkout.

I failed to receive 1 order - My fault - Paypal listed an old address and I didn't catch it. The support at Purebulk fixed my error and I had my order in 2 days. Incredible customer support. Incredible.

I wish you would have larger quantities than 500g with cheaper per gram cost. We use this in a health supplement and the cost is a little high per gram for us and we are considering other sources, because of this. You have a decent price for 500G, but we really need to buy **** - ****g at a time.

I hadproblem with pure bulk or your product. I did have a problem with delivery time. I don't know if the problem was with ups or you, but it was supposed to get here on 12/5 and I didn't receive it until 12/9. In the mean time i had run out of Vit C. In that regard i was quite unsatisfied.

I find pure bulk easy to find a product what i want, and more importantly for me at least, i can find all the info on the product i purchase and if in doubt can all ways talk to someone live.great products, great price, a great company. Would recommend to everyone. John

I selected express checkout with pay pal, then was redirected back to purebulk, I needed to change my address, so went back to paypal and changed it. When redirected back to purebulk again, the wrong address was still displayed. Not happy.

The website makes it very easy to find what you need to order.

Everything arrived in good order. No problems with the order.

I like the process, smooth and quick. However, I think country of origin should be listed on the product and in the listing on the website. It is unnecessary step that need to be made to request it from the seller.

The website is a bit awkward to navigate. The graphics do not represent clearly to me what I am buying and leaves me a bit confused on exactly what is being shipped. The products are good and reasonably priced.

Easy to find you in a DuckDuckGo search. Quick.

I wish there was less plastic in my shipment. I believe the plastic bag of vitamin C was wrapped in bubble wrap. This was not necessary. A plastic bag of powder is not fragile.

Easy shopping, as a first order still deciding on the quality of the products after trialing them;
The postage costs are huge compared to many other US based supplement companies; perhaps this can be looked at

Very good; sometimes out of things I would have wanted and sometimes the search engine seems to have things I am looking for but your store doesn't have it. I guess you just don't happen to sell some of the things I shop for.

The only thing that I think could use improvement is the bag closure. I ordered coral calcium powder. If the powder gets into the tracks on the bag closure you can't close it. Other than that I am very happy

Purebulk is a great company. They have great products and their service is very good. Unfortunately, they ship by USPS and their service is lousy. My order sat in one of their locations for 7 days without moving.

Always receive orders within a reasonable timeframe.

I was happy to find this website so I could order magnesium in bulk rather than in capsules. I am so happy to have this product and the price was right too. Was easy to order and came on time. I will order again very happy with this website.

It's hard to discover new products or new versions of products. In fact, it's hard to find existing products without having to search for them.

That's my only complaint. Everything else about the site is good.
