Too bad there is not a good way to really distinguish your great company from that other company that masquerades as your company and likely takes business from people who really wanted your company. Hope someone can come up with a good idea.

I am delighted to find many new supplements in capsules which come in bottles and also the powders in tubs. I miss capsules in bags to refill the bottles as I wanted to re-use them, but still, this is a great service and I'm happy with the products.

Didn't remember if already registered - Nuisance to try to guess password and get it wrong. Would help if we could check if already registered or not. (This applies to most internet retailers, actually.)

Your website did not load the pictures. It was not easy finding the details on what I was ordering. The radio buttons sometimes were locked out for selecting options, so I assume those options were not available (frustrating).

Both products are fresh and were attractively priced. I mix the Quercetin and Zinc together to make an antiviral powder that mixes well with anything warm or oily. As a baked potato and butter garnish it is a treat. I also enjoy it in hot apple cider or a warm ACV and honey drink.

This is my third order. The ascorbic acid that I bought as part of my first order is almost out, so I am buying some more. I like the measuring spoons I bought on my second order, so this time I am buying a second set to use for cooking.

Customer service contacted me a informed that my method of delivery could incur extra costs when I picked my order up. Customer service changed my delivery service which cost me less and the money was refunded within a day. Fantastic customer service

Couldn't get to the product I wanted thru order history. Then I put a MC in instead of a Visa & I would have had to hit the back button to change it so I was forced to use another card.

Very good; wished you had the smaller sizes of the zinc gluconate in stock; guess you don't keep a back order list. Oh darn; also might be good if you carried more stuff that I use. I might have another order come up soon I can see what you might have and almost forgot about the zinc!

The delivery time was terrible but not the fault of Pure Bulk. My product was sent out timely but there was a snowstorm that caused serious delays. There was a price drop the day after I ordered, and one email later, the price was adjusted. The amount was small and almost insignificant but I appreciate the refund of the difference. My vitamin C I bought is of great quality and I am very satisfied. I will be ordering again.

I was unable to check out via paypal at first. I have had my account for a long time, so something in your ecommerce system has changed, requiring a phone number in my account profile to be able to check out. The error on the checkout page was just "correct the fields in red below" with no fields in red.

I found what I was looking for with ease. Like the way products were displayed and described. Would like to know different ways of taking products for best results. Such as oils like coconut oil or olive oil? Or juice or just plan water?
