I bought the 20 Watt wall charger with a lifetime warranty and for about five months it worked as advertised. It charged very quickly. But then it stopped working. I tried to get a replacement through life time warranty but they wanted to me to pay $12.95 shipping so I just said forget it. I also went on their website and submitted a negative review but of course they never posted that on their site. They only put 5 star reviews
Bought this privacy screen protector for $71 from a local "Verizon" store that was just an authorized dealer but made it sound like they were Verizon corporate. I literally put the phone in my pocketbook and it chipped the glass and caused two cracks going all the way across the screen protector. Took it back to the store to exchange it because I had only had it literally five days and they told me it was gonna cost $23 to exchange it! They said that I would be better off filing a warranty claim. When I went to do that they wanted $12.95 for a "shipping." I have never been so ripped off by a legitimate company in my entire life! Not only is this product a piece of crap, but it's being endorsed by Verizon because the store is one of their authorized dealers and has Verizon written all over the place. Buyer beware do your research before you are in there and buy it. You WILL get ripped off and won't have any recourse!
I see this as a subscription scam. The first product you buy is $45 but then it will crack within two months I guarantee it. Then they say no problem you just have to send them $8.95 US and they will replace it for you. No questions asked as many times as you want. So I am sure it cost them less than a dollar to make. So they are still making $7.95 every time you 'buy' a new one. The worst scam ever, the cheapest product ever. This company should go under immediately. Imagine all this plastic being thrown away just so that this company can promote itself as a warranty provider!
Bought this crappy screen protector from a Verizon store that wasn't a corporate store they installed it and it had bubbles when she installed it they said if they don't go away by tomorrow bring it back we can put another one on free but when I got home it broke so when I went back to the store they said I had to use my warranty then they want you to pay another 12.99 for shipping total scam why couldn't you just go back to store they have tons of them never again
Ive bought one plus had three replacements sent at a cost of 49$ plus 10$ each additional one all in the last 50 days! Now ive emailed two of there emails multiple times n it just keeps being sent back. Yes they have a warranty but its not worth it. My brother bought a ten dollar one off amazon n its been working for over two months so far. Do not use!
They don't give you money back; they want to send you a replacement of the same poor quality screen protector. In 6 months, we have had 4 cracked screens. We have been extra careful with our Samsung S23 phones and yet the least little thing will crack the screen. And to add insult to injury, they want you to pay a $12.95 handling fee. We cut our losses by not filing a claim.
So I bought this product from the bell store the day I bought my phone. In 2 years I have had it replaced 4 times under the warranty, which did cost $11 ish dollars for shipping which was a bit high for what iyou are getting. I just went to go through the process for a 5th time and it is now $21.95 usd shipping for a screen protector to ship it across canada. So I will have paid $66 for warrantied screen protectors after I originally paid $50 for a lifetime warranty. The last one only lasted a week before it just fell off randomly after following the instructions very carefully. Would not waste you money on this one.
Bought a new iPhone 15 pro. Dealer sells z(and sadly recommends) PureGear screen protectors. They put it on for me. It chipped on day 6 (middle right side, have zero idea how, wasn't dropped and is in a phone case). Went online for replacement. The Lifetime Guarantee actually charges $31.96 to mail a replacement to me. The protector cost me $34.99 to buy last week. Quite the grift. WTH
Edit, chip #2 today since I've been home. Center bottom. Was set on table twice, that's it.
I paid $65 fir the Pure-Gear steel screen saver with the life time warranty, Sent away for a new screen saver and had to pay $12.95 for shipping and handling!
Just dropped my phone from my belt and screen just cracked phone again! Not using the warranty going to Walmart to replace the screen protector. Nothing special about their product!
I received my screen today and it was definitely used the box wasn't even sealed. I tried to call and report this well their phone number doesn't work. I tried their website chat feature that also doesn't work.
I haven't purchased this item after learning that this warranty they claim is not even a warranty. A warranty is that everything would be covered. But they ask for money for delivery charges. So they are lying and this is technically illegal. Also, the product is not actual tempered glass. Many of them are not. If you want a real warranty Belkin is the way to go. You won't pay for shipping at all. And you don't have to answer or show them any pictures of your cracked screen.
Purchased for $49.99 & installed by Verizon on March 24,2023 when I purchased a Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G. Today, April 3,10 days later, it popped off of my phone as I swipped too unlock my phone. Verizon gladly offered to replace it... for $10. After expressing my dissatisfaction the salesperson gave me a 'one time free replacement.' He never offered to reinstall it which I believe he could have done. No way this glass should have popped off my phone. Do not recommend this product.
Had it for 7 days before it cracked from putting it down. Biggest scam for replacement have to open a PayPal account that don't let you put in the proper mailing address saying it is incorrect. $12 for shipping. I can't even get a replacement cause the address errors. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
I bought a Puregear screen protector for my Samsung 23 ultra with the fingerprint scanner on the screen protector. Not once but twice they sent me a screen protector with a smudge right over the fingerprint scanner making it impossible to login with my fingerprint. After 6 emails to customer service I finally got a response weeks later. They said they would send me a new one. The new one had a smudge over the fingerprint reader too. Really? I gave up and decided to go with a different company. Slowest customer service ever!
Paid 50 at Verizon for this screen protector being promised they come with a warranty that if it breaks or anything it would be replaced…. Total scam when I filed a claim online how I understood there directions/ instructions online to so. I was sent an email that reimbursement was not covered.
We purchased two screen protectors. Within that week both were severely cracked with normal use. My husband paid the shipping ($12) for their warranty replacement, and that broke as well within another week. I emailed customer service with photos, receipts and more and asked for a refund. They refused. Do not buy this overpriced and unfit for purpose item.
Customer service is non existent had to put in a warranty claim in ( that was like pulling teeth) The second one is lifting up on a side and corner. I tried calling their 800 number passing the option to leave my name and each time it kept ringing and then disconnected. I called back the third time and left my name... did they call you. They didn't call me. Then I send in an email... Still waiting... Ok, so I think you are getting the idea now.
After the first week of having one of their $50 screen protectors on my phone I noticed there were a few cracks. (and I'm a sure I never dropped it) Then find out their warranty is total bull$#*!. Honestly Walmart's screen protectors are better and definitely way cheaper.
I made the mistake of letting Verizon put this on my phone. Had no idea how expensive it was until it was time to pay. Pay over half the warranty of $100 for a screen protector that breaks within a week of buying. The lifetime replacements cost $12 in S&H each time you need a new one, which creeps you closer to that $100 you get if your phone screen breaks. Considering that won't even pay half the cost of replacing a screen, it's not worth it, especially when the protector breaks if you breathe on it wrong. After two breaking back to back, I went on Amazon and bought a pack of 3 that are almost as easy to put on the phone and last longer. And if they break, it's only about $4 lost each time. Avoid this brand at all costs!
I have a pixel 7 pro and have had to replace the original one and now the other one is cracked. I have had pure gear on another phone with the same problem. I WILL never buy another product from puregear. Trying to get a warranty replacement was mind boggling to say the least. NEVER AGAIN.
Answer: No product received no way to connect them. PAId FOR SHIPPING ALSO
Answer: SCREEN PROTECTOR CRACKED. THEY IGNORE ME, I CANNOT GET REPLACED. TRYING FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. WARRANTY EXPIRES FEB. 2020. I WILL NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM PUREGEAR.
Answer: It won't be. I hope you didn't pay the shipping fee because you won't see that either. Consider forgetting about it or possibly editing your review to reflect your current situation with their customer service. Consider also putting pressure on the place where you bought it to stop supporting an expensive product that doesn't do what it's being used for.
