Because they will not honor their warrenty they should be reported to the better business bureau . I am so surprised that no one had reported them yet

PureGear does not honor defect products and ignores submitted warranties. NO REPLACEMENT, ON RESPONSE.
PureGear does not answer telephone number 1-877-570-4327 AFTER HUNDREDS OF PHONE CALLS. RINGS ONCE AND HANGS UP.
ANYONE SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS IS IN COLLUSION WITH PUREGEAR.
