Puls advertises that they are same day service but their contractors cancel at the last minute and they take forever trying to find you another one. I tried to cancel my subscription and they want to charge me for discounts they claim they gave me for using their service. Do not use Puls for anything. Most of the contractors give their personal cards anyway
We had an appointment today that was critical and PULS blew it off -- no one showed. This is an indication of a lack of integrity and honesty. Find someone else if you need something done when you are told it will be. If I could award negative stars, PULS would earn a galaxy...
We just moved into our house and noticed the washer wasn't draining. They sent a technician who was an hour late but cleared the drain. Then it leaked but they said it wasn't covered by the warranty because the $79 only covered diagnostics. We paid another fee for another service. He was great and on time, said it was fixed but wasn't. Now we can't get a reply from him or the company, spent $180 and probably still have to replace it.
Look elsewhere for appliance repair! These guys will rip you off. I had a technician come out to the house. He didn't say a word. He pulled the fridge apart, looked at some things, rewired a relay switch in the back, and put everything together. He said it would take overnight for the fridge to cool down, but it WILL work. He then asked me to pay for the repair. $400! Never did he go over the price before doing the repair or mention the possibility that this was not the actual repair that would fix the fridge. Come a day later, and the fridge did not cool down. I called the company and they said the technician did everything right! What, not repairing anything is right? They refused to refund me or fix the problem. Not the way to run a business.
Destroyed my home, the walls, ripped handrail out of wall, the stairs and the bed I purchsed for back surgery they broke (the one person that showed up late - in a pos car, no uniform or even company shirt- no name on anything, no tool box, pants around hips and get this... asked to borrow MY tools)
PULS DID NOTHING TO RECTIFY! Was forced to sleep on my coach after the operation. Had no bed. Have since had to purchased new one from a very expensive furniture store, having them deliver and put together. Out approx 4k at this point.

Stay away, very far away from these ppl... had to threaten them with Legal action to even get them to come Back and fix my Samsung Fridge. I knew Samsung had made a defective fridge, but PULs had Assured me that they could fix ice maker and make it right forever, so I allowed them to try. Well exactly 1 month after 90 days went by... ice maker has stopped working and now they want to charge me another 220 bucks for a Service fee to come out again... is this just a Coincidence that ice maker lasted just until warranty ran out or what? I will let u decide for urself!
I made an appointment online with Puls and was delighted that they came the next day.(7/21/2023) As soon as the tech left, the washer quit again. I immediately called him to let him know about this. He said that he will get back here on Monday (7/24/2023). On Monday he's a no show, so I called him again and left a message to call me back. On Friday (7/28/2023), he called me to come and fix my washer. This has been 7 days since I have heard anything from him. Oh yes, I had already paid him for his original service call plus a tip. Rip off!
I cannot recommend them for service.

My first mistake was trying to save 50$ by using Puls, and my 2nd mistake was using them a 2nd time. Fortunately they are very responsive and on time, unfortunately they come ill prepared. The tech showed up not only alone, he was expecting us to help remove the old 75 inch TV from the wall and help hang the new one. Isn't this the point in paying them to perform the work, what if the homeowner was elderly and / or unable to help?
To add to our dissatisfaction, the installer failed to bother cleaning up the sheet rock dust left from adjusting the mounting bracket on the other TV and ended up damaging our custom cut leather granite piece, as well as the fire place screen when he dropped a bracket from the TV mount. But even more disturbing was the fact he cleaned the area afterwards and left without saying a word about it.
So at the end of the day we saved no money on this install, as a matter of fact we LOST money and now have to fix the damages to our house. Any future work like this will done by the big box retailer to ensure there is accountability in the event anything like this happens again.
If i could give this company a -400 stars I would. I was told that I need a new drainage pump for my washer. I was quoted a charge of $350 for this. I am fully aware that a drainage pump is at the very most, $40 and it is an easy job of changing it. I was told that I would have to pay the $79 upfront that day even though on the website it states that I would not have to pay until the job was finished. I have been asking all week for a breakdown of what I am being charged and could not get an answer. They keep saying that they are looking for the part and will get back to me. I could go buy a part today its not hard to find. I think they thought I was a sucker and was going to over charge me for a simple drainage pump change. I am super frustrated because I wasted my $79 and I want it back!
The company offers a membership for $8.95/month which provides "savings" on services you purchase. However, if you ever decide to cancel your membership, they will bill you for any past savings, as well as a cancellation fee and an extra month's membership fee. In other words, they offer you savings to lure you into the membership, but you will never receive those savings b/c they bill them back to you when you leave the membership.
Do no utilize PULS and their services! They are just another middle man other qualified technicians and add on huge mark up for service and then also markup the prices of the replacement parts they have.
They DO NOT provide/transmit the proper instructions to the technicians either - which can then lead to additional time wasted/issues. Find someone else and do not call them to coordinate for you.
The initial call was great. Patty answered the phone promptly and made the appointment. Nothing good after that. The technician didn't show up in the scheduled time. I called and they said they'd reach out to find out what happened. They didn't call back, so I called again. The technician hadn't responded. This went on for 2 or 3 more calls... Finally, they rescheduled for the next day and I made it clear I didn't want the same technician. So, they scheduled for the next day with someone else. Then on that morning, I got a an email "Meet Your Technician" and it was the same guy who was the no-show. I called Puls and they were useless as far as resolving the issue. They offered me $11 off. BFD! I need my washing machine repaired by a reliable responsible person. Puls has none and they have no idea of how to take care of their customers.
Took him 10 minutes to find the right wrenches to use. After 20 minutes he still had not been able to remove the dishwasher from the cabinet. He obviously did not know what he was doing so I asked him to leave. He wanted to collect his $89.00 diagnostic fee but I refused to pay it as he had not been able to even remove the dishwasher from the cabinet.
The tech showed up and saw that it was a mistake, my uncle who has dementia pushed the lock button on the panel and locked the ice out. The tech literally pushed unlock and that was it. And proceeded to charge me 242 dollars. Rip off rip off rip off. I will never use them again buyer beware! And they did not give me a refund
Serviceman did NOT diagnose the problem nor did he repair anything. He simply touched the compressor and said it was warm. Then said, he could hear the fan motor running, so it was ok.
He unplugged the refrigerator and plugged it back in claiming that that MIGHT reset it...it didn't do anything. I was charged $237.00 for absolutely

This is the worst company anyone can use. If this was the last company in the world I would never contact or use their service. The company sucks, the work sucks, and anyone associated with PULs sucks. They will charge you way too much for a service, then coerce you into a year long membership. My purchase was for a TV wall mount. A total of $538 later. If there was a,lower rating then one, I would give it to them.
My dishwasher was making a loud noise when filling. I called Puls who sent a dishwasher repairman. He said it was a plumbing issue from my faucet, and so I then called a plumber. The plumber came and turned a handle on the hot water line to the dishwasher. It wasn't open all the way, causing the noise. I informed Puls but got no response to my request for a refund.
These people came out to repair a dishwasher Leak. The person couldn't find a leak, cleaned out the drain and left. Charged $ 225.00! The leak reappeared and after not getting a timely reply from PULS, I called Mr. Appliance. Their person pulled out the dishwasher and spent a great deal of time looking for the leak, and discovered a loose screw on one of the racks. This solved the problem. They charged $175.00. No t only is PULS overpriced, they are incompetent. I should be entitled to a total refund, but they don't operate that way.
If I could give 0 stars I would. In short, if you have an appointment, you do not have an appointment. Booking an appointment, means they will try to find a local company to service you. If they don't find someone, they will not contact you and you can contact them to book another 'appointment'. This will repeat itself over and over again until you give up.
