DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is horrible! DO NOT USE THEM! They will steal your money and not fix the issue! The Tech (KEI SON is the techs name, do not believe his 4.5 stars) came into my home did not do a diagnostic on the refrigerator, and states he knows what the issue is. I asked him to take the panel off of the back of the refrigerator so he could melt the ice that way fan would work and cool the refrigerator. He said yes he knew what I was talking about, he went to his car like he was going to get some tools and left without fixing the issues. He put a claim in that I did not give him an okay to do. Then I called the company to tell them about what happened, and one no would listen to me or when I called back they hung up the phone on me. They did tell me the tech put in the order and I would have to wait 10 days for the part to come in so the can fix an issues that he did not diagnosed.

Horrible experience

Used Puls for it's same day service for a dishwasher installation job. HORRIBLE experience. The technician stayed outside for about 10 mins after they arrived and came in smell like marijuanas. They were clueless about the installation but they were eager to jam my new dishwasher in and call it done. All they want is to finish and get paid. Had to stop them several times as they were doing things wrong. Eventually decided to pay them before they mess more things up. I redid some of their work and finished the installation myself. Wonder how Puls select technicians but for now seems anyone can take jobs from Puls with no certificate/experience/background check.

Puls doesnt stand by quality. Got service on 6/11 on dryer. Tech came, claimed part needs to be replaced. Charge 300$. Exactly 90 days on Sep 9 dryer stops working again. Coincidence? Called on Sep 11 as 9th was Saturday. Customer Svc says sorry, u have to get new service order and we can send another tech as you are one day past 90 days. No thank you. I am never giving your techs or ur company a penny again as I don't trust the quality of your service or that you will

Completely unhelpful

I've given them a chance on two separate repair calls and wasn't able to get an appointment after several reschedules each time. They pretty much just take the time you suggest, I assume call around, and if they don't find an appointment, it's up to you to *guess* when they might be able to find a time with another contractor. They don't actually help negotiate another time, it's just up to you to keep picking times for a week and get rescheduled. Their customer support was no help. I was just told to that there was no alternative but to wait for a call when they found someone. Ultimately I had to call around myself each time. Not even sure what this service offers to people and their offer of 10% off my service request is useless if they can't get someone in.

We have used the service and signed up for the membership which was presented as a savings. Now after a year we looked to cancel the membership and were told that we have to repay all benefits that we received before we can cancel. If we have to repay the value of all benefits, this is the least customer friendly service I've ever encountered and offers absolutely zero benefit to the customer. Puls is giving you a "discount" and then demanding that you repay the discount via your monthly payments. I highly discourage anyone from joining this scheme!

Unlock washing machine

I had A scheduled appointment between 12 and 2 at 2 PM the Technician called stating he was far away could he come between 2 and 4 I said yes but they sent me A text stating they would be to my house by 6. I cancelled rescheduled again 12 to 2 the night before they texted to say they couldn't get to me but had another company that could, the problem was my washing machine was locked he claimed it was broke and needed A piece that was going to cost $175.00 along with $250.00 down payment and he took the front piece with him. I refused the service because I wasn't going to pay that much for A 4 year old machine.purchased A brand new one for 596.00 my 89.00 service fee came out to 97.00 with tax.and A very mad Technician that tried to bamboozle A senior Citizens..

TERRIBLE COMPANY!

People BEWARE and STAY AWAY from this company! There is a reason all of their comments on Facebook and Instagram are blocked! One of their techs mounted a very heavy mirror in my home that was falling a couple days later. That was two months ago, and I'm still fighting for a refund!

I scheduled an appointment to have someone take a look at my appliance and possibly fix it. I received an email stating that someone was coming by at the specified time range and date. I rushed home to meet the supposed repairman and after some time, realized that no one was coming by. I took time off from work to get this done and no one ever notified me that no one took the order and was coming. I called Puls and whoever I spoke to, was rude and hung up on me after I asked him to send me an email stating that my appointment is canceled since there was a hold placed on my credit card of $89. I will never go back to this place again due to the bad customer service and lack of notifications. Look elsewhere.

The technican did not know what he was doing or what to do. To resolve the issue with my stove
The technician was in my house for about 5 minutes and stated he could not fix the stove where one of the burner flame was high. He stated he did not see a problem and told me I might need a new stove (My stove is 5 years old).

The repair man told me I would get a 20% discount on his services if I gave him a review, I downloaded the app entered gave him my card to pay for the services, NeXT thing I know I have two monthly fees being pulled from my bank for 7.90, I call my bank they stop the transactions and I reached out to the Puls email to tell them I never authorized any payments to them and to cancel any subscription I got signed up for. They then pulled 84.09 from my bank and want me to pay 7.11 dollars to cancel my subscription.

Puls claims to have same day/next day service technicians. I waited two hours and my technician never showed or called. Also, their website does not have a customer service number to report incidents or problems. You must send an email and hope someone responds. TERRIBLE WASTE OF TIME!

Made appt for 9-1 on 11/24 and was confirmed but Puls canceled it after 30 minutes. Made another for 5-7PM. Tech showed up and diagnosed problem and stated he needed to order parts. Headquarters sent me a text stating that I could get a discount if I took out a service warranty. I had to call and tell them that I already had a warranty and would they please pay the tech because he wanted to be paid. But they canceled his visit and on their own without asking me, rescheduled another visit for 11-25 at 5-7PM. No one showed up foe the appointment! My washer still isn't fixed and Im not even sure if they will honor their warranty or even schedule an appointment. Think long and hard before using these people

I went online on Monday to schedule an appointment for Thursday morning at 8:00 AM. On Wednesday night at 10:00 PM I received a text from Puls.com (which woke me up BTW) saying "that due to high demand in your area, your requested appointment time is no longer available." REALLY? You couldn't have figured that out earlier and let me know. Secondly, when I tried to reschedule via the link they sent via text and link, it said that I couldn't use that to reschedule and to call the phone. However, no phone was listed. I emailed them about this issue, and they provided their support line at *******535 or *******177, but at this point, I decided they were too unprofessional and unreliable, and chose another repair company. DO NOT USE THEM

We asked the Puls Technician to Diagnose Water Leak and Ice Dispenser Malfunction. His diagnosis was incomplete and we were told that the water leak fix required a $500 water pump. My google search showed no water pump for a fridge! The Puls technician did not address the ice dispenser malfunction and did not give us a written estimate! Puls charged me $95 for such ripoff and did not respond to my complaint!

Scam...

You are better off staying local for repairs with a reputable company! Our refrigerator broke-down, and we were in urgent need of repair. Shame on me for not researching. Puls was the first company I found online. The technician was very nice. We were charged and paid. The tech came out again, after the refrig broke-down and we were charged. The tech told us to buy a new refrig... We were then charged again! Then we were told we signed up for a membership? Really we never signed up for a membership! Over $700 in the hole, no working refrigerator!

Charged 4X - stay away
August 22, 2024

We requested a microwave installation from Puls online.
We included a picture of the location of the microwave installation in the kitchen, a description of the work, and the information on the new GE Profile model to be installed in the cabinet.
Puls provided and estimate of the cost of the work as 1-2 hours at a cost of $115.80 per hour.
We signed off on this estimate and scheduled the appointment for 8/21/24 at an arrival time between 2 and 3 pm.
The technician Solomon arrived at 4:06 pm - over an hour late.
Upon arrival, he informed my wife that it would take 4 hours to install and he began work.
We were not concerned because it was an hourly rate and we would pay for the amount of time it actually took.
Upon completion of the work at 4:50 pm, 44 minutes later, Solomon requested/required payment from my wife for four hours of labor at a cost of $463.21.
My wife and I discussed the situation and we were concerned about her getting into an argument with a large man in our home, so we paid the $461.21 and I told my wife I would pursue reimbursement later form Puls for the obvious overcharging.
I presented all of these facts to Puls and they refused to refund the amount requested and are charging us for 4 hours of work for 44 minutes of work.
Among the reasons they stated for the overcharging were -
The microwave was heavier than a regular microwave - I included the model of the microwave which included the size and weight of the microwave.
A mounting kit had to be installed - once again, we included all of the information on the model to be installed, including the picture of the similar microwave being replaced. This literally required four screws to be removed and four screws for installation.
Solomon discussed the time required with my wife - he did say it could take up to 4 hours, be the rate quoted at inception and installation was an hourly rate. We had no idea they would charge 4X the actual time required.
Solomon is a thief and a liar and Puls backs him.

Run away

Never for any reason use this company or hire any Technician from them. The WORST service I have ever received and a nightmare to deal with. The technicians will lie to the company to get more money and less work and the company sides with them. My boyfriend and I have spent over a month just to get a whole price break down/ receipt and still have not received that, and if that doesn't sound sketchy; a technician reached out to me on my personal phone to make some sketchy under the table deal. Rude unprofessional technicians, home base employees are impossible to hear, every phone call was distant and poor quality service, i'm sure on purpose. I was borderline harrassed by an employee named Jason and when i told him i won't be spoken to that way he hung up. The techs were Frank and Solomon. I am sick and tired of companies screwing over The People and taking our money. $300 for a Tech to come into my house, lie, take parts out and NOT replace them, make me uncomfortable in my own home, probably stealing my credit card information. Never ever again. This company and these people are looking at a lawsuits very quickly. This company needs to be shut down, look at all these negative reviews. Mark my word I will get my money back, if i have to go on every review website and tell everyone about this disgrace. If not me, who? How many more people are going to be robbed by Puls

They promise to fix or refund the amount. They kept reschedule me, and then they didn't fix anything, and they didn't return my money.

And they charged me membership fees, and they charged me again cancelation fees for membership ship, and they charged me for the discount on the service that was not because I canceled the membership.

They are only good on keep charging me, because
1. I paid them
2. I wasted my time
3. Nothing got fixed.
4. Canceled membership
5. Lost discount on service not done.

So guys if anyone have extra money and don't know where to spend it, call puls and they will take care of it and give million excuses for the charges that will keep showing on your account.
