My dishwasher was making a loud noise when filling. I called Puls who sent a dishwasher repairman. He said it was a plumbing issue from my faucet, and so I then called a plumber. The plumber came and turned a handle on the hot water line to the dishwasher. It wasn't open all the way, causing the noise. I informed Puls but got no response to my request for a refund.

This company is scam! Refuses to finish repairs because the tech had me order the parts! Zero help!
