The PSI testing prep I have used so far does not have accurate answers to match what is verbatim in the NEC code book.

It went well. No issues accessing my practice exam. I received detailed reports to help me focus on areas to study.
The worst experience I have had with psi. I've had to purchase test multiple times because they cant seem to get it right. I've emailed and called and still continue to have issues. Purchase after purchase the problems with access continue to happen.

I entered the wrong email initially. I was instructed to log back in with incorrect email. I did but log in still would not work and tried to get PSI reps to help which they were very helpful, but they still could not get me in to my account I purchased the PDF. So, I was forced to purchase it again. I am still waiting to hear if a refund can be given since download was never used.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
