Bought a practice test when I signed up for my exam. After trying 5 times to re set my password still have not gotten an email I had to create a new account. Due to their lack of customer service or options they were rewarded with another 25 dollars from me. The web site doesn't work either.

My experience was great. It was easy to navigate and the transaction went well.
I mistakenly scheduled the incorrect test, when wanting to replace the test with the actual test i intended to schedule, not a soul on this planet could place me on the scheduled time i was just on. Now i have to wait longer for a test i am prepared to take. Although ultimately its my own doing, its hard to understand how I cant just obtain my previous scheduled time.

It is confusing what items to buy. I am not sure what package to buy there seems to be 4 or 5 different packages to buy. I already bought the 10 books from Contractor Exam Services. There solution also has a study guide on which topics I need to study to pass the test. There weren't any thing like the questions you have asked me.
