The proctor for my exam failed to show after an hour. I have been on hold with customer support (phone and email) for over an hour. I was scheduled to take a state exam on 12/4/2020 at 2:00PM. I launched the website's secure browser to take the exam and was told that identity verication could take up to fifteen minutes. After 20 I relaunched the browser and repeated the process at 45 minutes. After an hour I was still unable to take my test, and called customer service. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half. While I waited for customer support and a proctor, my supervisor contacted their online support team. She was told there was one person ahead in the queue. This took an hour as well with no response. I called again and was eventually told by customer support that it must have been a technical issue, as their proctors were most likely not at fault. An hour later, and after incredibly rude service, the issue is still not resolved. An absolutely horrible experience.
