Because my state calls real estate people "broker", I inadvertantly purchased the managing broker exams instead of the "salesperson" exams. I emailed and got an auto-response that my inquiry had been received, but never got any follow up. I ended up having to purchase the salesperson exams as well because by then my exams were within 24 hours. Luckily I passed, but it was stressful and I had to pay twice. I was hoping to get a refund on the exams that were not correct, but still have no response.
I found this purchase to be every bit worth the money. I feel well prepared and confident in taking my exam. Most of my anxiety has diminished and I am more excited about stepping into this new chapter in my life!
My correct password would not work. The reset password option does not send reset instructions to email. Had to keep calling to have them manually push it through. Would then reset password only to have the same issue continue happening.

I had to reset my password because you didn't pick it up from the HPNA site. Then you decided to make me wait to actually use my new password because of "too many attempts." I listened to both videos of how to get SJE, but they didn't actually tell me how to GET the SJE. I had to hunt all over the website before I found where I could actually purchase it! Plus, this is just a way to pull more money out of hardworking nurses: pay for membership, pay for SJE, pay for certification.

This has been a nightmare - I have bought several practice tests only for them to be totally useless I have failed the test several times as a result. Hopefully me spending this $100 will assist in me passing and actually covers ALL of the material. I am expecting to pass after studying and practicing with this test that has 900+ questions. Customer service representatives are not very helpful either, I have loathed this entire process and have felt unsupported and shook out of money and patience.
