I accidentally entered my password incorrectly twice because there isn't an option to view your password and it makes me reset my password. You send me a link to my email with instructions to press the link, which I do. I then come to a screen that says the link was invalid and to request a password reset again, so I do so. You send me the same email and I press the same link and the same page loads with the same message. I run around this circle 5 times and then try something different. On the same page that i get the message stating that the link was invalid it also asks me to enter a new password and then confirm (again you cannot opt to see what you have typed). After doing that it asks me for my email. After filling out all the information, it as me to reset my password so I press the button and poof you send me the same email with the same darn link that when pressed I come to the same page with the same warning that the link is invalid.

It feels really scammy. You use different books for your Journeyman testing than we actually use for school. You allow a large number of books in the test, but not the Ferms or Tom Henry index that most of us rely on. And then conveniently you sell all of the books. Sounds like a racket to me. And then you charge for the practice tests? I feel like if I have to pay for the actual test- allowing a free practice test is a reasonable expectation. 0/10 I would not recommend.

Amazing opportunity to take a practice test before the big exam
Thank you please make the test easier i havnt had any luck but maybe after these practice test i will pass.
I purchased the $25 for 3 full length exams and these helped me so much for my exam. Questions can be asked several different ways and I read every explanation it gave as to why the answer was the answer. I completed the diagnostic first then all 3 of the full practice exams. I passed on the first try with an 85%
I need check the questions / answers before I can determine how good the practice tests are

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
