If the practice test can be performed on online proctor tool, it would mimic the real test. Because there are limited countries that provide test center to test takers, it's inevitable that some of us need to apply for online proctor. Therefore, providing chances for examninee to get familiar with the system can be very helpful.
Having already bought this practice test but being unable to access it, I am forced to purchase it again, hoping for a different result. I do not have an access code in my confirmation email from my test+practice test purchase. I would have a 4-5 star review here if I can get a refund for my double purchase. Support is down for Labor Day weekend.
At first I had difficulties just trying to access the site to practice the test. Waited a day to re-try and it function correction. The questions from this site were way too Psychology oriented for me and I did not do well with these questions. The book questions were more straight to the point.

Initial logon with my saved password didn't work. Why? Re-loading it was confusing.
Questions are too basic to help pass the test. Called customer support to ask if I bought the wrong study guide and they said "this is not to help you pass the test but to only boost your confidence"

I accidentally entered my password incorrectly twice because there isn't an option to view your password and it makes me reset my password. You send me a link to my email with instructions to press the link, which I do. I then come to a screen that says the link was invalid and to request a password reset again, so I do so. You send me the same email and I press the same link and the same page loads with the same message. I run around this circle 5 times and then try something different. On the same page that i get the message stating that the link was invalid it also asks me to enter a new password and then confirm (again you cannot opt to see what you have typed). After doing that it asks me for my email. After filling out all the information, it as me to reset my password so I press the button and poof you send me the same email with the same darn link that when pressed I come to the same page with the same warning that the link is invalid.

Confused... I am a home owner. The contractor ditched the project. ALL I NEED IS THE FINAL INSPECTION on my home. The foundation engineering plans expired. The guy died who did the plans. I live in another state. This project left me broke. It is a manufactured home that is strapped down on the foundation PERMANENTLY. The inspector in Santa Fe mentioned that I could take a HOMEOWNERS test and apply for the renewal myself. (WHICH TEST DO I PRACTICE FOR?)

Your website to purchase does not work on Microsoft Edge browser even though I enabled all cookies on your site.
Website is very difficult to navigate. When I finally got to the pay page and entered my credit card it kept saying "not able to process payment". After a number of tries and three different cards my broker was able to get her card to work. A bit later I get a notice from my online bank...I had been charged 5 times. Grrrr

This process was easy to navigate through. The price of the course is manageable.
In attempting to place an online order, your system indicated that my Visa credit card had been declined. I therefore went to my credit card website and the charge appeared as "pending", not only once but TWICE. I called your CS number, waited for 20 min on hold, only to be told there must have been an internet glitch, and the charges would fall off my account. I attempted the purchase a second time, with the same results. There is nothing amiss with my card and its credit limit is high. The charges are going through on the bank's end. I have wasted my study time on your system's "glitches".

Didn't expect the book to be slightly larger than a pocketbook but useful nonetheless! Not as bulky as carrying the regular textbook and study guide; strictly specific for the theoretical portion of the exam!

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
