I had to call your help center to sole the issues but still exists.
I think that the 3 pack should be able to be used at school for our students to be able to use it as a practice test. To be used and taken multiple times not just once. Or have a pack for schools to use for online use in school
Easy to navigate and get needed information on signing up for my practice test. Even clear suggestive guidelines on how to time myself and the way that it would be scored to help me gauge how I am doing or will do on my real exam. I appreciate this so much! So helpful! Time to (practice) test!

It was very quick and easy to purchase a test with the voucher I bought when registering for the VTNE!
Had computer issues was not able to access test. Called CS was not successful. Used another laptop was able to access test but had issue but the test monitor individual was able to help with my technical issue. Was able to complete my test.
I have tested at a PSI center more than a couple times and i have had mostly good experiences, there have been times where staff is very distracting with coming in every 3-5 minutes to check on everyone and i understand it is necessary to make sure nobody is cheating but the constant door slam is distracting. I would prefer staff just stay in the room, but aside from that i have had great experiences with scheduling an exam, checking in and getting results.
Your exams do not match the questions on the State Board exam. I failed because the State Board questions were very different.
You kept giving me the same questions to study - totally different than State Board Exam

Way easier to purchase practice tests from the PSI Store rather than on the PSi exam website. Purchased a practice exam along with my exam booking. Practice exam disappeared. Couldn't be found.

I ordered this package to get the most help possible for the exam but when I took the exam, almost nothing from what I studied was on it. It was really frustrating at this point. Is good information and everything but not really what we need to pass the exam

I signed up through nbrc or was at least directed. To your site through them. One would think that it would be easy to find respiratory stuff through that link. But then several different test came up. Not user friendly. Please dont contact me though thank you.

The price of these tests is unfair. The results also don't show the full correct and wrong answers making it harder to learn. For the cost you should release the full explanations of every scenario.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
