Awful experience. I failed the National exam twice and have studied every piece of material PSI has to offer. Every study guide, every practice test and the material does not translate to the test. I bought the national version and the Tennessee version of the real estate test prep. I thought I needed both versions to study for the exam however, it is basically the same book and all I needed was the Tennessee version since it already included the national version. It would have been nice to know so I didn't waste the money by buying the two books when all I really needed was the one.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
