Scheduling my exams was easy. Finding the location of exam was a little more difficult. The material required to pass the exam was extremely difficult and I have a Bachelor's degree. I haven't studied that hard since college & the wording of the questions was extremely difficult to understand. One almost needs a Master's degree in English to break down what they were asking. Seems a little unnecessary for what I was trying to obtain. Lastly, having a person test right next to me was also very distracting.

Practice tests were very helpful and contributed to me passing my National Electric Code test. However on one of the practice test, answers were clearly incorrect...not the entire test just a few questions. Never the less, I found them helpful in increasing my speed to find reference material in the code book.
It would be nice to have a list of tests to choose from. Especially when you don't know the name on each test. When entering into the search bar, you have to know the name.
The instructions for logging in were not correct from HPCC and I had to reset my password in multiple places for this to work. It took much longer than it should have. And the passwords were always the same and correct but not recognized by PSI.

THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS EASY, THE STAFF AT THE PSI EVALUATION CENTER WAS EDUCATED, THE EXAMINATION ROOM WAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXPECTATIONS, AND THERE WAS ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLETE THE EXAM AND REVIEW EVERYTHING. THE SOFTWARE WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND AS WELL AND THE INSTRUCTIONS

The only part of the process that has taken some time is approval to take the test. Other than that, it was good. They had several test dates and times available and the check out was easy. I hope the testing process itself is as easy.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
