Great website. However, the contact us number makes the customer service seem sub par due to the hold time.
If I could give a worse than one star review I would. As a disabled person on the spectrum, this was the most horrible testing experience I have had in my life. It started with a system failure on PSI's end (which they admitted to) where I was unable to take the test. The waved the fee for the test but made me pay the following. In the end, I lost 54 dollars and 2 full days of work for this exam. Which I was only able to take once. I had accounted that I would need to take at least one day off, two maximum to pass the full exam. But did not account for the loss of and extra day of work which is financially harmful for me. All of this on top of being disabled, this was the worst service I have ever received from any company. Additionally, I was under the impression if I left the exam to use the bathroomwhile in the state/final portion, I would lose the national exam portion I had completed before (while still under great stress, still passed.) I would have been willing to sacrifice the second half so I could relieve myself, but it was made to seem I would lose the entirety of my work prior. After completing both portions of the exam, shaking and crying, I was "forced" to complete a survey of the company or else I had to forfeit my entire exam. I asked if I could be excused after completing the exam while sitting in my own urine, and was told I must complete the survey to be finished. Inhumane, distressing, and one of the most embarrasing and cruel encounters I have faced.

The test only gives you the same 24 questions over and over. After 2 rounds I had the answers memorized so its not very useful after 1 or 2 uses
