I am writing this review after having multiple exams that had to be cancelled. One was due to issues with lack information in regards to taking an online exam.
The most recent yesterday 9/06/2022)@ the Waukesha, WI location was a complete nightmare… After arriving 40 minutes early I proceed into the testing center only to be greeted by a proctor who obviously hates her job and left her customer services skills at home that day.
The waiting area only had a couple people when I arrived. Within 10 minutes or so it was packed with people who were unable to test as the tests were not downloading to computers, people waiting to take their exams, and others waiting to check out of the exam center. The proctor was rude to everyone, unable to follow first come first serve, unable to follow the list in order, instead she jumped around lost her place, named people two or three times before others who hadn't been called once, and unable to get techs down to load the exams that failed to load for some.
When she was asked the proctor said if it was 30 minutes past your exam time you could call PSI and reschedule due to the technical difficulties causing long wait times. Upon calling PSI I was stuck waiting for over 20 minutes before speaking to someone. The call center is outsourced overseas which in a situation related to state licensing exams is not in my opinion the best option for test takers. It delays service, although most people I have spoken with speak English well, a few have not, one hung up on me after asking what I needed help with multiple and every time I explained she would tell me something totally unrelated…
These state licensing exams are required for individuals to work in their specific field in accordance to state laws. Why are we not giving the best possible customer service to them, their jobs, paychecks, livelihood depend on these licenses.
I am currently waiting at least 3-5 days from now 09/07/22 for PSI in another country to investigate in their "back room" with a testing center in Wisconsin… Why do you not have PSI employees as proctors therefore when an exam time is missed due to your horrible internet connection it can be rescheduled right away….

I emailed them about an issue I had with a practice test and they got me the help that I needed and reached out to me soon after.
This is my second time purchasing the test because I didn't get any practice test or conformation code the first time. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they can do about it, I didn't even receive a refund either after they charged my account. I purchased again because I need the test to study.

If you can update it to full Spanish it can be awesome because when you tried to find it in this language don't appear in your platform.
