This exam was easy to book once I set up my account and paid for my exam fee. I was a bit confused as to how to book at first, but I found the help page and it explained the step by step instructions. After that, finding the drop down menus and making the choices for selection were simplified and quick to get through.

Communication from PSI tends to be very prompt. I appreciate that when I have questions, there is always someone to answer.
Of note, as it seems the support center is based in South Africa, I would recommend advising customer service to speak slower to better understand guidance.
When registering it should clearly notify me that i needed to go to my email to reply to your email. It would NOT let me log in and I tried multiple times. I had to go through the trouble of calling your office. I am sure it probably stated it - maybe do a pop-up or larger print. Thank you

Easy to download and take exam. I did receive my email following taking the exam, but the only attachment was my score sheet. I did not get an attachment with the questions, answers, rationales. I would have liked this.
I bought the national version and the Tennessee version of the real estate test prep. I thought I needed both versions to study for the exam however, it is basically the same book and all I needed was the Tennessee version since it already included the national version. It would have been nice to know so I didn't waste the money by buying the two books when all I really needed was the one.

I was pleased from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by a friendly, professional proctor who went through the initial process very efficiently. The testing environment was clean, well lit, and quiet. If I have to take another exam, I will not hesitate to go here again.
I ordered the Math test. It was very helpful to the student because it covered a lot of information that would be on the actual test. The answers to the test were understandable for the student. Had much success with the test

The test had many questions and situations that were not addressed in the study guide. Overall, the guide is adequate, but I would not recommend the study guide as the only source for new or beginner real estate professionals.

It appears there seems to be a malfunction in the credit card field. I had to input my card three times. Finally on the third try it went through. Maybe check if there is a glitch in the system.
The material covered is very pertinent to nearly all trades and the site is easy to use. I highly recommend using PSI's services as it is designed for the on the go contractor.
My experience with Tn. Gov and PSI was a disaster trying to decipher what was needed to get a MU license through online services. I had to call and speak with someone at TN. GOV to confirm that I did have to take the TN Business Law exam in order to get the license we are acquiring which requires no exams BUT you must take the TN Business Law exam first. PSI customer service staff all seems to be foreigners which speak great English but their accents are so harsh it makes it hard to understand what they are saying 50% of time. I tried 3 different times to get someone without the harsh accent and that did not happen, so I had to fight through it with the 3rd person on the phone. Which he was patient and was able to complete the transaction with me.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
