These peaople think they more than the people taking the tests. Pertaining to the trades there are books PSI Exams uses to build their tests. While there are specific books they use to build the test, does not mean I HAVE to have the exact books to take the same test. As a matter of fact, I have heard from other journeyman and contractors that PSI Exams would not let them test even when the had the CORRECT books. I will be showing up for my journeyman's test and if they give me grief about the $1,200.00 worth of books I bought to make sure they were all the right book, I will contact the State of Oklahoma. This is bogus.

Nothing but good so far. Everything is so easy to use. I have been using it for all of my study prep for all the exams I have taken in RT.

Website challenging to navigate. Not easy to find needed test. Way too many steps. 25 minutes to finally purchase HPCC Exam I needed. Ridiculous.
I don't know the name of the Customer Svc rep who helped me, but she did an excellent job. Also, when ordering an online practice test, it should be more clear that the test can only be taken ONCE, and if you want to take it a 2nd time then you have to pay for it again.
As noted, an explanation for each wrong answer in conjunction with where to study the item further would be very helpful.
Way better than flash cards!. The way the study pack were broken down it really helped me to see where I needed to focus my attentions. I passed the Exam on the first try with ease!

I just wanted to pay to take the test or schedule a test. Couldn't find answers via search or query.
I bought the 25$ 1 practice test package. I got confirmation and multiple emails but no code to actually access the test. Took five hours to get a response and receive my code. Once logged in they do give u access to 2 free practice test categories before the test which was nice. My 85 question test however, only contained questions from 1 category and some even repeated themselves, so ultimately I don't know if I'd recommend this package for this price specifically.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
