I ordered a practice test yesterday and when I went to do the test it froze on me. I back out and tried to reload the test and it said I already took it. I tried to reach out to customer support and they were very rude and not professional as they were chatting and laughing the whole time I was on the phone. I haven't got an email saying that I was reimbursed for this as she stated I was. Not to happy about the way I was treated.
Easy to use, i was recommended by the exam department that the practice test would be helpful, so I'm giving it a shot after failing once.
There was no clear way to buy the MA portion of the test, which should be ~20 questions of the total exam.

Nothing on the practice test you recommend everyone to buy shows up on the test. Actually, $#*! you guys for being money hungry and wanting to profit more off of people for no reason. My proctor was someone who barely spoke English either and kept assuming that I was cheating when I was doing nothing.

Taking a home proctored test seemed like a convenient option, allowing me to take the exam in the comfort of my own home. However, the experience was fraught with challenges and miscommunication that significantly impacted my performance.
The first proctor informed me that I could not use my laptop keyboard for the test. This was unexpected, as I had diligently run all the required tests on my computer beforehand. When I attempted to connect an external keyboard, the proctor impatiently remarked that it was taking too long and mentioned having other tasks to attend to. Feeling pressured and flustered, I called the help center for assistance. Thankfully, they were able to help me set up the external keyboard.
The second proctor I encountered was much calmer and nicer, which initially put me at ease. However, about a third of the way through my test, they queried me about a sound they heard. I explained that my dog was snoring. Despite my dog being quietly asleep behind me during the environment check, the proctor instructed me to remove her from the room.
This resulted in my dog barking from the other room for the next 30 minutes, which was highly distracting. My dog would have remained asleep until I finished the test had she not been moved. This entire episode caused a delay in starting my test and added unnecessary stress.
Sitting for over three hours was already challenging, but the added disruptions and lack of clear guidelines exacerbated the situation. The experience highlighted the need for better communication and more flexibility in handling unforeseen circumstances during home proctored tests.
Clearer instructions and a more empathetic approach from proctors could greatly improve the experience for test-takers, ensuring that technical hitches or minor disruptions do not unduly affect their performance.

I just took the Barber test today, I thought I reviewed a lot for the test using our school Barber test questions but still failed. I'm just hoping this study guide will help me pass my next test.

Easy Process to follow. The affiliation with the State provides confidence and reliability that I'm getting an excellent product.
The website is not very clear on what is being downloaded. The only reason I know this is the correct study guide being purchased is because a co-worker purchased the same one. PSI no longer has the free practice tests available so now we have to hope we are purchasing the correct study guide.

Not good. When scheduling my exam, I added a test exam to my cart for $24.95. However I can't access the test exam and customer service hasn't been able to help. Unnecessary stress and hassle when my focus should be studying.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
