PSI exam center provided a terrible experience. The staff were disorganized and unhelpful. The examiner for my practical exam was discriminatory and did not even watch me during the test. She failed me first time. So, I had to travel 7 hours to another location for a retest and still have not received my result after 18 days! Customer service is terrible and unresponsive. I have been calling them since April 24th and nobody resolved my issue, they even doesn't care about you. It is been almost 10 times that I got wrong exam result, today after 18 days of not receiving my result, one of representatives told me we will send you today, again after stressing that I want the result of exam taken on April 22nd, they send the result of exam on April 20th!very frustrating and disappointing experience! I have filed complaint from three organization, I hope they help me get my score and be licensed! The acceptance in Harvard Medical school is far easier than getting licensed thorough PSI Center!
I took the test to be certiied in insurance, everytime it was a problem, this time, I don't how, they found that my ID was not vald to take the test ( passport), they said it was not my name, but 2 times before it wasn't a problem, received bo help, I feel scammed and discriminated by this company

If you are a company or organization looking for a proctoring service for an online exam... I beg you to use a different company for the sake of you and the test takers. I am a college student that used PSI Exams for my NYS EMT exam. I have proficient experience using computer software and have been online learning for over a year. The PSI Exam interface was absolutely horrendous, not user friendly, and frankly did not appropriately work. On my updated, new laptop, the exit button did not work so I could not submit items without restarting my whole laptop for a total of 6 times mid-exam. Meanwhile, the proctor used copy-and-paste responses that were completely wrong or not helpful. This is unacceptable and would be impossible for less tech savvy users or those with older technology. Literally any other platform I have used has had less errors and bugs. Test makers, chose any other company to give your money to and test takes, good luck dealing with this faulty interface and I just hope the test is long enough for you to troubleshoot on your own because the proctors were not helpful whatsoever.

I have been dealing with your Customer Service for 10 months now to schedule my exam. I have spent no less than 8 calls@ over 40 min waiting time each to get no answers! I just now spoke to an agent and was on hold to speak to a supervisor- only to be hung up on at exactly 60 minutes. I want to know how you can run a business like this and treat your clients this way? I was patient through COVID but this is uncalled for. I did my classes, aced my test exams and am still waiting to take my test? Unreasonable! Each time they tell me it says pending, but nobody can tell me what it's pending. I'm over the deep end at this. I have been jobless since a year ago and took this course to better myself and to have an income... what gives?
How is this acceptable business practice? My next email is to the Better Business Bureau an Freedom Realty. You all run a stellar business.

May I remind you on my 9th call, I waited on hold for 60 minutes requesting to speak to a supervisor, only to be disconnected. Needless to say, I am heated. My time costs money too... money you have cost me for not working for the last 10 months!
I accidently scheduled for the wrong test, missing it by one number at the end. I called them and thought it was absurd I couldn't get a refund for a test I didn't take! I had to pay again for the right exam, I mean couldn't they just use the money from the wrong exam and transfer it to be used for the right one!? The real exams are way harder than the practice ones by a mile. They also have the worst customer service, every time I talk to them they have an attitude to their tone and don't seem to care at all. They are impatient and unpleasant. I was informed from my job that the people who scheduled for the exam during quarantine would be prioritized when testing sites were open again. So I scheduled my test before the testing sites would be open but I never got any confirmation from PSI whether the exam was to be rescheduled, I never got a rescheduled date. The only way I found out about the site reopening day was through a small box on their website, they never directly contacted me confirming a later time to take the exam once the testing site reopens. In other words, if I scheduled for May but the testing sites won't open until June, they never confirmed an actual date when I would take the exam after quarantine. I wouldn't want to go on June 1 when it opens and then there's others who are also waiting to take the exam since quarantine in April. They are unorganized and hard to work with!

I usually don't write reviews but I have a better chance of winning the lottery, a much much much much much much better chance that I do of getting a hold to someone at PSI or getting someone to respond to my multiple emails. They are a true JOKE, JOKE, JOKE. BEEN ON HOLD FOREVER, multiple times trying to get an answer on my scheduled test as I do not see it schedule anymore. Already had to reschedule it twice due to testing centers being closed at the last minute due to COVID. Wasn't told until the last minute that the testing centers were not going to be giving the test after I had prepared for hours. Keep getting told on there automated telephone service that if you email them you will be emailed back in 24 hours which is truly a lie. I emailed them numerous times with no response. I am starting to wonder if anyone works here.
Very fast easy way to proceed with this test. I'm feeling very confident this will help me pass my exam.
First of all, you can *not* take an clear photo of a picture ID with a 720p camera. From the outset it should have been clear that you would need a HIGH DEFINITION camera so you can show the proctor your ID clearly. Instead, I had to call technical support and show them a scan of my ID. The delay almost caused me to lose my exam fee. The proctors were helpless.
The proctoring was invasive and silly. I had to show the insides of my ear "clearly". I am not joking when I say that it took longer for the proctor to look around my small apartment than it did for me to pass the test. After removing my monitor stand I had to continually lift up my monitor for reasons I do not understand, which was difficult due to a disability.
Then I had to email my certification, and I was given a "final" chance to resubmit although it wasn't clear why I only had one chance to email my prelicense certification in the first place.
Overall the process seems sleek and high tech but it's terrible. I'd rather go in person than deal with this shoddy electronic service.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
