Sadly Ive had to deal with this company multiple times for licensing in alabama and georgia. This has been the worst experience by far. They canceled my test due to covid which I understand but never notified me when testing centers would be back opened and I could reschedule. Tried for weeks to get through with no answer. After calling back to back for several hours I finally got through for them to tell me my application expired and I have to pay again. When I asked why I wasn't informed of new schedule date she replied with "how do we know you will read your emails or answer the phone if we call?" To which I replied how am I supposed to know when you will resume testing? She replied "we don't know, were in the middle of a pandemic!" When I asked to speak to her superior she informed me that she has no superiors and neither does Donald trump and hung up on me. Can't make this stuff up. Contacted georgia secretary of state to see what can be done. But probably nothing. PSI stole my money and trolled me!

I had the exam scheduled and PSI calls me to change the date due to PSI will have computer software updates. I change the date over the phone with them and asks them to email me new confirmation. She said she will. Never got it.
Receive another call from PSI Rep that they need to change the date again. I agree ti a new date and i asked to get a confirmation email with new date. The Rep said HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
On the date of the test I go to the test center that I originally requested with new date. Test center told me you don't have your name here. I called PSI and was I. The phone for 2 hours and 6 min. All they could say we can't do anything for you. We have to escalate this. I told them I'm here. You send an email with confirmation and I can get the exam done today. We can't send you that email and have to escalate this problem to be resolved. I said I m here. I paid $100 for Uber to get here and another $100 to go home and I have to come back another time. This is unprofessional, poor customer service and they don't give a damn about your time and your money. I have no idea why this company with such low customer service is being used when they provide such a low service. Worse company ever!

It is good so far. Some of the questions on the test are rough because I know the answer and it is not one of the options.
I wanted the coupon code. However. The process was simple and easy.
Exams are stressful enough without the exam provider adding to your stress. My experience was that I used their laptop checker to verify that my laptop would be OK for the exam, and it passed. However, on the day of the exam I had problems and had to contact Technical Support (not in itself easy to track down the number when you are now in a highly stressed state). I had to switch to a different laptop, and even then the process to start the exam took too long and only added to my now shattered nerves. I finally started my exam 90 minutes late, got to Q10 of 65 and it just bombed me out. I spent the rest of the day trying to resolve the problem unsuccessfully and now waiting 3-5 business days for them to tell me how to reschedule. Basically, a complete NIGHTMARE - I now have to keep studying while awaiting a reschedule, and have zero confidence in their application to provide me a working and reliable exam experience. It is an absolutely RUBBISH, DISGRACEFUL service. Avoid at all costs.
