I passed the test, but expected to recognize many of the test questions that were on the practice tests. The practice tests PSI provided weren't representative of what I was given at the test center.

A little disappointing that the answer is correct yet it marks the wrong answer correct. Not all of them but quite a few. In the explanation it also says the wron answer is correct.

I took the Texas Practical Exam on March 30th over zoom. During the test I was asked by the proctor to complete additional steps that I was not part of cosmetology school training or any state board test practices I completed. When I mentioned this, the proctor just repeated her instructions and said that we needed to proceed. Since I was instructed to complete additional non tested steps, I lost time for this section and was not able to sanitize my station before proceeding. As a result I lost points for this section of the cosmetology exam.
I have made several phone calls to ask for help on this matter. I wanted to know if my scores can be reviewed/returned. I finally spoke to Estella in customer care who informed me that yes there was an issue with the scores and offered me a voucher which was never completed, as she transferred me to a survey. When I called back, I was informed by another customer care agent that not only was I not scheduled but that Estella had included notes that I declined the voucher which is a lie because I only wanted my points back. Another lie. I was asking if it is possible.
Since then I have been calling and cannot get through to any agents.
This has been going on since April 2nd and the issue has not been resolved.
I would like to know:
Since the proctor was deemed at fault by your customer care agent, can I get the lost points back?
If not, can I still schedule my next test date with the voucher I was offered?

I thought it was a good idea to purchase this Indiana Real estate broker test prep considering I was recommended to schedule my state test with them(PSI). The idea of the software is great but I have lost confidence in what I'm studying considering it asks questions and doesn't provide a correct answer for the question(multiple choice questions)... Crazy right? I understand the objective in making the test taker process the information within the question, but there are several misleading questions from what I've seen! The app/website has what they call "AI Learning Assistant" that will help you with a question after you submit your answer. On more than one occasion I have asked it to give me the breakdown of the current question and it tells me that none of the available choices are correct! Or doesn't acknowledge the issue at all. You'll See in the attached photo the AI learning assistant on the right side of the screen stating there is an error with this particular questions "correct" answer... How does this happen? And how do you charge someone for something that is completely misleading. As I said I've had several questions I "submitted for review". I'm now very discouraged in my possibility of passing my scheduled test in 7 days because I have zero confidence that what I'm studying is accurate. And also how can I have any confidence in my test results even if I have a different source of study material that taught me correctly?. As I have studied my tail off for this career through the required pre-licensing classes, if I do not succeed my first round through PSI I will be evaluating alternative testing agencies. Another thing to mention is that it took me a while to even locate the correct exam because the "Indiana broker exam" is categorized into the "barber & cosmetology" (or something to that nature). So hopefully I come out with the proper credentials when I do exit the test site...

Hope will never have to deal with this company again. They are extremely disorganized, I have been on the phone for three and half hours and still no resolution. I scheduled for the real estate salesperson exam and they launched me the Instructors exam four times. Obviously, I kept failing the exam since the material I studied wasn't for an instructor. They had me delete the account and start all over and they couldn't why I needed to create a new account. After being bumped to six different representatives not a single person had any answers to my questions or an explanation as to what happened. They had me establish a new account, I don't know why. They didn't have any answers and now I'm scheduled to take the Salesperson exam for the fifth time hopefully, they will launch the correct exam. This is very frustrating I studied and prepped again and again and stressed me out, I'm eighteen years old. The English language they speak is very poor and you can not comprehend when they speak. PSI needs to shut down and be out of business ASAP.
