I scheduled an exam two times this week and I was unable make it! Support didn't even answer why I couldn't start the exam even when I pass all the system checks and provided the information. SO FRUSTRATING DON'T PAY FOR THIS

All seemed well until i started the test. Every other question would take 1 to 2 minutes to load. The computer was obviously having problems loading the next question. About halfway through the test i became concerned about it affecting my time. I went to the guy working for psi and told him what was happening. He said that was normal and that it shouldnt affect anything. I tried to explain it was taking longer. He blew me off. So i rushed to finish the test. It was definitely a major distraction worrying that i would run out if time. I have never seen questions take that long to load. After the test i was supposed to get my results immediately. But of course there was a technical problem and my results were not available. I waited an hour while the guy was on the phone with tech support and ended up leaving without my results. He gave me a phone number to call and said they should be able to see my results and give them to me. I called the number and explained the situation. The girl that answered suddenly had an attitude that i expected her to have my results. I explained the the guy at the testing site told me to call her. She didnt want to hear that and raised her voice and was very rude. My experience at the hagerstown md psi testing facility was awful along with their customer service. Hard to believe they can get away with this bs.

If I could leave a review with 0 Stars I would. My online proctored exam was terminated in the middle of taking it while speaking barely even above a whisper, in a room where I was alone. Worst part about it I was almost finished with my exam! The smallest of a whisper that it wouldn't be coherent to anyone else. I understand you're not allowed to read words outloud but whispering ever so slightly? If anyone else is dyslexic and is able to read in your head please let me know how you do it. Also god forbid you get anything in your eye while taking an exam, in the midst of me trying to get an eyelash out while looking at my screen I got a warning for "looking" away. I've taken many online proctored exams throughout my time in college and this by far is the worst. 2 hours of my life that I won't get back just for my exam to be terminated in 15 seconds for a method that I've done with all my exams as a student. I called to complain and to investigate into my footage so we will see what will happen. If you don't want this to happen to you I suggest you sign up with a different company.

Prometric has the same attributes to offer as the PSI testing center, when you test for your license they don't show you your true testing score, they give you a random percentage number; and each time you go back to retake the exam you have to pay which means you are paying for the license in testing fees, some individuals end up paying $1,000 up to $2,000 even more? These testing centers all have hidden criminal agenda to profit dishonestly by
Milking the testing candidates in testing fees.
The staff at these testing centers they do cult on the testers, you will feel confusion and also experience forgetfulness, only if you know cult you will know what I am talking about you have to wear garlic when you're going into these places, the staff at the testing center pouse as an exit meaning they can sabotage you from moving forward by not recommend you for the licensing position you are testing for, so the computer will still grade you as fail.
This testing centers are contracted to private individuals who may chooses to save the license and for their club members, they use the licensing as a bait, meaning if you join me or come and worship with us doing demonic religion you will get any professional licensing you desire.

I need to retest as my previously passed test is expired. So I file the necessary paperwork with PSI, send them all documents. I also asked for it to be rushed so that I can take my exam before my transcripts are expired. I was told we will send an email to schedule your test once documents are reviewed. Monday 4/4/2022 I received an email, I called in to schedule and they told me they don't have my application processed. They said it will take 24 hours. Ok so I call the next day, still nothing. Call on Wed 2/6/2022, after 2 hours on the phone they have no idea what is going on. I ask to speak with a supervisor. She gets on the phone, I can barley hear her, she says she is sick, so it's hard for her to talk. Ok, maybe we shouldn't have sick employees working, but aside from that she tells me there is nothing that she can do for me, says it will take another 6 days and that 24-48 hour window their reps have been telling me for a week is not correct. I need to retake my exam no later than Monday or Tuesday next week. I tell her to please help me get this done, she says sir this call is not productive and I'm hanging up on you. Her name is Carmen, wouldn't give me a last name and proceeded to hang up on me. You would think after being on calls for close to 5 hours this week with them, that someone would want to help, especially since I have an email stating I can call to schedule my exam. I would go somewhere else to take the exam, but guess what. This company has a monopoly on exams with the state of IL. So why would they help anyone? They have no competition.

I took my test for the Class 2 Electrical license on November 20th and as of today 01/20/2023 the state(GA Board of Licensure) still hasn't received my results. The state cannot do anything to move forward without my score being electronically sent to them. Over 10 weeks later and PSI still has not sent or can't even show me proof that they sent the scores. I have a receipt/proof that I received the day I passed my test with my passing score, however, that's not acceptable to the state. I contacted PSI customer service multiple times and I get a different answer to the same question each time. Customer service is literally no help, and can't even point me in the right direction. It's ridiculous every time I call, the rep acts like they are doing something to move my case forward but they are just stalling to get me off the phone. Also, my case has been escalated to management twice and I have yet to speak to management. The solution to this issue would be to resend my scores to the state and send me confirmation to ME via email that it is done.

I am extremely disappointed in PSI about my test score report. After passing the Indiana Real Estate Broker's Exam on January 21,2023, I have waited 16 days and I haven't received my score report. I have spoken with not a few CS representatives and they did nothing. A particular CS rep said she will make an order for the score report of both State and National parts of the exam because I have not received any of the two and that I will get it in the email on Thursday Jan 26,2023 but it never came. On January 31,2023, Ruth Edwardson who is supposed to be a supervisor of score report unit cannot tell me when I will get my Score Sheet after eleven days of waiting. She told me very coldly that there is nothing she can do. Every CS representative I spoke with all verified my email address, telephone number, candidate ID number, date that I sat for the exam, etc every time I called but they did nothing. And because I don't have the result score sheet, I cannot apply for my brokers' License and thereby losing deals. This is really very sad and simply means PSI is unreliable. Stay away from PSI. They are completely useless.
