I had my exam scheduled on Dec 4th for the online exam, but the proctor didn't even show up, called at least 5 times on that day and checked that everything worked on my end but after 3 hours of waiting for the proctor, I ended up with the customer support team to reschedule my exam. They told me to wait 3-5 days, and I waited more than 10 days and called almost everyday asking for an update, but they never emailed me or contacted me at all. On Dec 15th, I went to the website and saw there is finally a botton to reschedule my exam and I rescheduled it for today Dec 18th. However right before the exam time I went to launch the exam and found out that my account is blocked! Very useless customer support, always telling me to wait and saying that my issue is beyond their scope, so ridiculous that I spent 3 more hours again on the phone just to talk with one of the supervisors. And now I have to wait again for them to unblock my account and take the exam. If I could take my exam from other websites or locations I would definitely do that. Please avoid taking exams from PSI, their customer support and whole system is a complete joke.
I went to my scheduled exam site 45 minutes early. When I tried to login in it kept going to a white screen and wouldn't let me login. The proctor tried logging me in 6 times to no avail. I waited an hour like tge proctor said to do it never came online. The proctor waited on hold 45 minutes to get a trouble ticket number for myself and three other people. I tried to call the next day to reschedule to no avail I had to repeat myself several times. I repeated and spelled my last name which is only 5 letters again and again. The csr said she had to reach out to support for help. She finally came back on and said I would get an email or could call back in 24 hours—never got the email but called back and once again the person had me repeat over and over which is very frustrating. I speak clearly so I decided to slowly spell it several times again. The person once again told me to call tomorrow. I went online to chat help—which was absolutely no help. They need a special line to call and reschedule because the number they gave me at the testing site isn't for candidates to use. I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about when I gave them my ticket number to reschedule. Better yet put a link on the individual's profile so they can reschedule themselves without someone trying to charge you again! I'm not paying again for something I already paid for. I realize it's hard to get good help these days but they are no help at all and leave you more frustrated than anything.
I am a 20 year old trying to pay for college through real estate. I have spent over $1,500 trying to take a post licensing exam for real estate through PSI. They told me that my MacBook was the issue so I bought a different computer. That computer was also an issue, so I bought another one. Then I was told that I needed a computer that could operate windows, so I bought a computer that could operate windows. Then that computer did not work. Turns out they had not written the file for my exam. I have spent over 50 hours in call waiting rooms over the past 3 months, only to be hung up on. The only time that I received a response was when I had the head of the Real Estate Commission reach out on my behalf. $25 each time to try and take the exam (no refunds), unreasonable proctoring hours (3:00 in the morning), and a jumble of phone numbers that never actually connect to a person. My license has now lapsed, and I have to begin the process again thanks to PSI. You have to give yourself about 5 months of back and forth with PSI if you have a deadline. PSI proctoring is now up for review by my state thanks to the very helpful people at the commission, and will likely be dismissed as a suitable proctoring service for all state certification exams. I will be relaying my experience at the review and intend to see this awful excuse of a company banned from practice in my state.

Their online proctored exam is a joke, I did everything right and when it was time for the test, kept buffering. I suggest you just go to a location for the test. I wasted my $35

I had my exam "GitHub Advance Security " at 12:00 PM EST on Saturday 31st Dec time. I already downloaded my PSI secure browser prior to the exam and tested my computer too. Everything was fine. I launched my test at 11:30 AM EST and took the photo with my govt ID. After that, I waited and waited and waited and waited centuries for the Mr. Proctor to come and conduct my exam, but I think it was only me and my computer only; there was no Mr. Proctor at all. I kept on seeing this message for 1 hour:
"Your proctor is verifying your identity and preparing the exam. This may take up to 15 minutes. We appreciate your patience!" I lost all my patience but tried to give it one more chance. I relaunched the PSI so-called secure browser and guess what, I waited for 70 more minutes to wait for the Mr. Proctor. I am seriously fed-up with this PSI thing and I don't think they have a reliable online exam proctoring system. I am completely annoyed and frustrated as to how Microsoft collaborated with PSI to conduct their exams.
I want my money back or at least reschedule the exam to any other date. Otherwise, I would surely report to GitHub Team and lodge a complaint against PSI.

The PSI website is a little temperamental. I had to download Google chrome and wait an hour before purchasing the practice test.

This company is an absolute joke. I am only having to us PSI because my final exam for my course is not through any other site. ALWAYS issues, ALWAYS canceling my exam, THEY DO NOTHING. I have never hated a company more. I am currently on hold because my scheduled exam today was canceled AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME. I waisted money, time, and honestly going crazy. Please go bankrupt and just give up, you're hurting students.

My wife took an exam with PSI, ended up a nightmare.
30 mins prior the finish time, she wanted to review those flagged questions, and found not possible - clicking on the question numbers with no reaction. Immediately tried to chat with the proctor, no response; Raised both hands in front of camera, no response; trying to chat and raising hands over and over, 10 mins passed, the proctor responded. But she/he DIDN'T PAUSE the test, kept telling to wait, then guess what, exam time is finished! WE LOST 30 MINS CRITICAL TIME!
Exam result was a failure.
Then we tried to contact PSI, asking to investigate the case.
1. Why couldn't review?
2. Why didn't proctor response in time?
3. Why didn't proctor pause the test?
Their feedback was 'technic issue'. There was no explanation about the proctor's suspicious behaviour; and provide No sign of any measure to assure things like this will not happen again.
When we asked trying to dig more details about the exam drama, only were told that is out of scope.

I first scheduled my exam for 2/13/21 at 8:30am. I drive an hour to get there, and the center in Baltimore is closed. Everyone else who was scheduled was waiting outside too. The employees didn't show up because of a storm that never came, and they didn't email or call any of us to let us know. I was able to reschedule the exam for 2/17/21 at 6:00PM. Again, I drove an hour to get to the center, and when I got there the WiFi was down. None of us were able to take the exam. We all filled out paperwork proving we were there, and the employees told us someone would call us to reschedule. The call never came, and I tried to reach someone for days on the phone. It goes to voicemail after ten minutes on hold and no one ever gets back to you. I finally found another way to get through to someone, and they said I was marked as absent... I sent them pictures proving I was present, and they said they would escalate the situation for approval. It's been more than a month, I've had it "escalated" three times with zero progress or any updates. This is beyond bad. You have stolen not only my money, but my time and are delaying my career. I've been forced to re-register for the exam, and I can only pray that this time your company's abusive incompetence will not keep me from taking it.

My youngest daughter took the nursing TEAS test at one of the testing centers in Tampa. Halfway through her exam the computer froze up. They told her she would have to come back and take it again. The problem is you have to wait 30 days before you can take the test again. It wasn't her fault that they had technical issues. After numerous calls they allowed her to take the test again. She had to drive again to the test center and take off another day from work all because of their problem. My other daughter is now taking a Genetic Counselor board exam online. 40 minutes into the exam it froze and said call technical support. She was on hold so I called and they said they would call her. They did not call so I called again. This time they called her with me on the line and got her back and running. It is a 4 hr exam so hope it doesn't freeze up again! 3 other of her classmates had technical issues in the middle of the exam also. Board exams are already stressful then to have the test freeze up is not acceptable, especially when the exam is so expensive.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
