I wish that there was actual material that came with this test prep rather than just answering questions. You're basically just guessing and then learn information once you've answered the question wrong (or right if you guessed correctly). Videos, PDF guides or something would be helpful to even briefly learn first... at least make it an option even if it costs a little more. I feel like it could be somewhat dangerous for your test to potentially begin memorizing information based on your wrong answers.
Also, in my state I will be testing in there is not exam prep available for adjuster's licensing. I would think that since PSI is the only provider that you are able to take the test through they would offer this information.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the purchase experience. After completing the payment, the provided code was not recognized and did not work. It was not readily available, as stated it would be and was a completely different test (Life Insurance). I attempted at using the AI chat, as requested when the error prompt occurred but that also failed, causing an additional error message. Total disappointment.

The website is not user friendly. You also cannot see times and dates for more than one test at a time which is terrible when you wish to take 2 tests on same day. Called customer service and the woman (she was on Indian decent) was almost impossible to understand. She became angry with me when I had to ask a number of time to repeat what she said, I would have switched to another company if I could. Would not use again

I hope this truly does reflect the actual test. The practice test was easy to use the information afterwards is very valuable. Breaking down what you got right and wrong. The built in AI can give you specific code reference if you ask it. And lengthy explanations from the coffee reference too
It's good but a little confusing that the CSL exam uses different words like "Contractor" exam... just makes what study material to buy confusing. The unrestricted exam has residential and commercial code so I was looking for the study material to contain both but seems like this one might only have building code.
