I purchase 18 shirts, 4 pairs of pants, 4 pairs UA Sweat pants, 2 designer shades 5 watches 2 boxes of underwear so $705.14 worth of MERCHANDISE. PROOZY PROCEEDS TO SEND MY Box to ANOTHER ADDRESS, different than the one account? Why? RED FLAG. It gets worse FEDEX
They have recently started an insulting return policy. You pay the shipping back AND you pay a $8.99 'Restocking Fee'. I recently purchased two colors of the same item that was under $20. The wrong size arrived, I notified them and they said the return/shipping rules would apply. I would not pick the wrong size on one color and the correct size on the other color. They said that my order had the wrong size. I would be losing more than I paid for the item if I returned it. They have not responded to two emails. As a long time customer with an extensive order history, they have lost my business. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY! NEVER AGAIN111
I ordered numerous golf shirts for my son. The products were great and deeply discounted! I even forgot to add my 15% new customer code on the order, and they happily refunded me. Will buy again!

I have been using Proozy for some time now and have never had any bad experiences. I recently had to cancel an order and Paige was extremely helpful in cancelling that order and expediting another order I had placed. While the products are items I like, the service will keep me coming back... As I said, OUTSTANDING...
The products are of quality and truly represented but shipping times are insane for this day in age! I know in the future that it will influence my decision of buying anything else from them.
I ordered A pair of Ray Bans from Proozy and the Ray Ban logo scrapes off with just a cleaning cloth. It's made in China with Chinese writing on the side. I am Aware some Ray Bans are made in China but this is an obvious KNOCK off. So disappointed. Also was charged for two shirts I never received. Sent them the order number and at first they REFERENCED A COMPLETLY different order even after I sent Pictures of their actual order confirmation. Their latest E mail states this was from 2017 when clearly it states otherwise. Their customer service is horrible. Buy under your own risk and expect a mediocre product with very little customer service. Good luck on getting ANY issue resolved. I gave them numerous opportunities to make this right before this review. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
This site is a total scam. They advertised three Under Armour polos for $42. They sent one for that price and it didn't even arrive yet they said it was delivered. Total rip off.
Proozy may have some great deals, but they are a misleading manipulative company with very poor customer service who doesn't value their best customers at all.
To get the best deals you need to take advantage of their daily sales distributed via email (with each item requiring a separate promo code). The catch is you can only use one promo code per order meaning that if you want the discount on more than one item you have to place a separate order for each item paying additional shipping charges each time. It also means you can't redeem your points on those orders or take advantage of any percentage off deals as well.
They also don't stand behind their product. When they sent me a vest that was clearly mismarked on size they refused to acknowledge the mistake and required me to pay for shipping to return it. They also often don't answer their customer service number or return voice mails. And when I sent them multiple emails and filled out multiple surveys expressing my concerns and telling them they were gonna lose a customer who has bought dozens of items from them, they didn't even bother to respond.
Needless to say, I won't be buying there again. Buyer beware!
I had a Spyder jacket that arrived that was sized incorrectly, they resolved it in just one phone, and arranged for a free return. Excellent Customer Service will purchase again.
Received my jacket week later than expected. Attempted return, promised prepaid return label refused. The stated prepaid return is a fraudulent statement. Requested 10 times just insults snd excuses
Ordered and paid for my order over a month ago. One item received and crickets on the rest. Use to love proozy. Never again will I order from the.

I was sent a wrong item at first, but they corrected it and immediately shipped out the correct one. And I got to keep the wrong item. Very nice customer service. Will shop there again.

Failed to respond to why they didn't ship my order. Tried multiple times both calling and emailing and never responded. Awful!
Do yourself a favor and don't ever buy anything from Proozy. They have the worst customer service ever. I place an order since May but never receive my package as well as my refund back. Contacting with customer service through phone and email, but they give me attitudes. I am asked by dumbest question ever: how I know my package is delivered if I am not there. Seriously?!? I am not sure if they know what the email notification is. Then, they ask me to sign in the Affidavit and state that my case will be solved in two weeks. I send them the document that they required and even sent another email for the next day to confirm. I receive no email or phone from them since then. After 6 months, I finally reach them out as the suggestion from my bank to get the proof of cancellation for this transaction. Proozy once again brings me down by saying that they only receive a blank document, which makes no sense to me because I sent them an other following email after I send them the document. Hence, I request the screenshot as a proof of the blank document that they stated but they play the silent game again. If Proozy truly value their consumer and intend to solve customer concern, why don't you inform me instead of remaining silent all these time. Do not do business with this kind of careless and irresponsible company if you want to face all these crazy things!
I had ordered few items. 1 item was very large I would like to replace it. They gave me a hard time returning it was a nightmare. If you need to return something.
Proozy not only has quality inventory, they have great Customer Service. I had a question about a promo and it was answered as soon as they could answer me and helped me make the easiest purchase!

Answer: I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, but accidentally ordered the wrong size in one, and then submitted the order twice. I reached out and they waived the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for the correct size shorts I had to re-order. They also made sure I got the same discount I had gotten when I first ordered the shorts. Fantastic!
