Rec'd a Steve Madden coat that once laundered (using appropriate instructions attached to garment btw) fell apart. Attempts to contact Proozy by contact form failed repeatedly. Phone number that is U.S. Central time had recording saying office closed, this at 1528 hrs., when hours given as closing at 1730 hrs. Engaged in chat which was over 45 minutes with loooong pauses requiring prompts (do they want you to go away... methinks yes) which did not resolve issue (replace or refund). Was finally told they would "email me" instead of resolving on chat...
Note: Rec'd email denying refund/replacement. Reason: Item washed or worn. Note: Rec'd 9SEP21; laundered same day per instructions due to odor of garment.
This company is downright dishonest and a purveyor of shoddy goods.
I made a purchase and had to make a return (package unopened). After not seeing the charge back on my card, I contacted them for them to tell me "they were having problems charging my card back" and offered to mail a check. Two weeks after they said they'd mail it, I told them I hadn't received it yet and asked what the other options are.
No reply. No refund.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!
Bryan was awesome! I had a double order & he assisted me by combining the order into one. He also helped me determine the size I needed.
I will definitely be buying from Proozy again & hope to do business with Bryan!
After making my first order with Proozy, I had an issue with an item but Adeana came in and saved the day. She was so understanding, patient, and incredible knowledgable on ways to help! I'll definitely be a Proozy customer with this kind of service!
I signed up for email alerts to get an additional 10% off my order. It wouldn't take the code at checkout. So after I completed my purchase I emailed their customer service to ask them to take off the 10%. I was told I couldn't use that since I'd used the other sale promo, so why offer it? Almost two weeks after I order, I still hadn't received any status on my order. I emailed them to find out what was going on...no response. Then, the next day I get an email, " your order has shipped". They didn't mind charging my credit card though when I placed the order. This doesn't make your company look very reputable.
I recently ordered a women's XL white and men's XL black pullover. I received only a men's and it was white, and did not receive the women's. I notified Customer Support and they responded with a new order within 24 hours, free of charge, AND let me keep the one that was wrong.
I had an issue with an order and I was really worried that I was going to have to take a loss for something that I didn't receive. The package looked like it had taken a beating during its travels. I contacted Proozy Customer Service and in no time I had a order receipt from Brian showing that the missing item was on its way to me. Now that's great customer service! Thanks again Brian!

I ordered some boots from Proozy on 8/10. Got an order confirmation. Never got a shipping confirmation so on 8/21 sent an email asking about the shipping. After waiting a couple of days I was sent an email letting my know my order had been canceled and I had to wait 5-10 business days for my refund. Had I not emailed and asked where my order was, they would have just kept my money.
I've been a customer for about a year. It's been a hit or miss on items. But when I do find something it is always a great price and great quality. Standard shipping can take a while to shop, so as long as you expect that you won't be disappointed. There are a lot of bargin sites like this one, but this one has great customer service, quick responces to their help email, and always quality items. They send a lot of emails but I don't mind, it allows me to find great deals fire me and my family.
Proozy sent an email stating my package was delivered to my address and it wasn't! I checked with my neighbors also thinking maybe it got misplaced! I never received my package nor a refund for the products I didn't receive! Ridiculous! Never will I purchase anything from proozy! A bunch of crooks!

I purchased a couple of womens Adidas workout pants and was looking forward to getting them. Waited and waited then I saw an email saying my package was delivered! I was home the whole time not once did anyone ring my doorbell or knock on my door! I sent proozy a email letting them know what had happened they told me they were showing that I received my package and I told them just because it says I received it doesnt mean I actually received it. These delivery people dont even deliver the packages and say they did and keep them. I was told to print out an affidavit and return to them which I did and that they would either resend package or return my money neither which has been done I placed my order the end of February! Very disappointed and will never purchase from them again!
I placed an order over a month ago. I have sent multiple voice messages and emails with ZERO response.
I ordered some leggings and a top through Proozy. Both items were a little disappointing, but over all OK. I was the 1st to submit a review of each item. When I tried to write a review, the site would not recognize my password, so I used my google profile. To submit the review, I had to also submit my name and email (they had that when I chose my Google profile as a way to sign-in). Then, I had to verify my email by clicking on a link in the email they sent to finish the submission of my review. SURPRISE SURPRISE ~ the link returned "This site can't be reached" Pretty tricky, no wonder there were no previous reviews.
Practices like this do not instill confidence in this world of scammers.
Ordered on proozy.com mens hoodie sweater, item arrived weeks later and was way to small. Requested refund for unwearable item costing $22.45 and was refunded a total of $4.99... very very poor customer service and a return policy that is a rip- off
I purchased a lightweight bomber Jacket which previous reviews stated it ran small, so I purchased 1 sz up. It was still too tight so I returned it. I read the return policy whichever stated there would be $7 fee for return label. They charged over $15 on a $53 purchase... so they are making money off of the returns. SCAM! I WILL STICK WITH REPUTABLE MAINSTREAM COMPANIES WITH FREE RETURNS... I WAS TRYING TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS.
The ad sounded like they would be wonderful soft shoes--NOT! Might as well have been made of wood! VERY expensive to return--almost as much as the sale price! I will not be shopping here again!
I received an email for BOGO on a product. When I went to use the code I got a 404 error because that product had sold out. I sent a note to Proozy regarding the 404 error. They asked what product I was interested in, then within a day generated an invoice for me to purchase that same product giving me the BOGO offer. Great job Proozy and Claire!

Placed an order for a Shark Robo Vacuum, the item never arrived, the tracking g information provided shows on UPS site as shipment canceled. Will not buy again from this site, found the site on best buy site and will not recommend.

Answer: Better luck selling ice to Eskimos with this! I've tried multiple times in the past along with using various methods only not to hear back from anyone let alone calling them just ends in a pointless voice-mail to which nobody will reach back out to you! Joke!

Answer: I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, but accidentally ordered the wrong size in one, and then submitted the order twice. I reached out and they waived the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for the correct size shorts I had to re-order. They also made sure I got the same discount I had gotten when I first ordered the shorts. Fantastic!
